"This hotel was close to the train and only 1 stop away from my daughter’s new apartment. Unfortunately, I don’t speak Japanese and had my daughter with me for check in. I accidentally booked a smoking room. The desk clerk assured us that it won’t be a problem to switch if I don’t like my booked room. I didn’t like the smokiness of the 1st room, he must have assumed that I wouldn’t, because he had the next room key ready when we returned to the lobby. The room decor is a little dated, but very...

"Clean, host was easy to communicate with, and good for price point."

"Amazing stay its right next to the train station, restaurants and convenience stores I would highly recommend staying here and I will for sure book here again for future trips thank you very much . "

"The hotel has a Japanese style rooms with low beds, which we decided to stay. The rules are small, but he also has a TV in the bathroom. He includes the breakfast, which is convenient when you’re traveling. The staff is super helpful. It’s a walking distance to Kawasaki station And all of the restaurants and shopping very close to Canada airport which is why we chose the location."

"As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly. This is a really lovely hotel, quiet and great to get away from the busy hustle bustle of Tokyo. Be aware that it is about 1km from the train station that takes you directly into Tokyo (Shibuya) but you can get a Uber or a bus there quite easily (or...

"Tidy, clean and relaxing space to get my head down."

"The rooms are small but cozy and good for a single stay. I did not see other rooms for larger groups. Staff are very helpful and polite. The property has an in-house restaurant but I didn’t choose a plan with a meal, so did not try. It looked pretty nice though."

"The place was quiet, clean, and with all the necessary items (toiletries , dish soap, ETC) at disposition. It is very well located with little shopping stores at the end of the street which was very useful."
