Cocktails in fridge along with fresh milk for tea and coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Very short walk to beach, a bit further into the centre of Brighton. Highly recommend"

The relax inn guest house is within a very walkable distance from the pier and the lanes, very convenient with plenty of shop, pub, and dining options. "We had a very small ‘cosy’ room but it had everything you needed. The staff on check in were very polite and helpful. The spa is great, but the water in the jacuzzis wasn’t hot enough. The sauna was fantastic! The location was per perfect and breakfast well worth the money."

"We had a fantastic stay at Central Wave. From the moment I arrived, the check in process was well explained and organised, and the communication from the team was clear and helpful throughout. The property despite being a Victorian building is clean and well maintained with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless, the bed was really comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. The location is also a big plus. Very convenient for getting around...

"Lovely clean room in hotel located very close to the seafront and pier. Situated in Kemptown which is a vibrant area full of independent shops and restaurants. Owner was very helpful and check-in smooth. Parking is a bit of a nightmare but that's Brighton and in the end we were able to find a spot a few streets away. Really enjoyed our stay at Kempfield House."
