"This was great. Small room but bigger than I expected. Clean towels and bedding. Staff was great. I could not figure out how to get in. They were available right away on phone and WhatsApp both. Super kind and let us leave our luggage for the day while we toured the Vatican area. Good WiFi. We used to buy tickets to coliseum. Overall great simple place to stay and not spend a lot but still have lovely place. Thanks. Will come again!!!"

"Clean room. Host was extremely polite and helpful with questions we had and assisting us with transportation"

"The owner of the apartment is in contact via WhatsApp, quickly answers your questions and solves the problems. There is an electric kettle and a small fridge in the room. Personal is friendly. There is coffee and drinks in minibar, which is common for a couple of rooms (for small additional price). There is no specific breakfast table, but they offer a free coupons for a small breakfast (coffee and snacks) in a coffee shop nearby. Read their information in Expedia. Everything is in accordance....

"I’ve stayed at this property for years, every time I’m in Rome. Initially I chose the hotel because of its location, off the beaten path, but close to everything. If that was the only thing though I might not keep returning. It’s the staff that makes the stay here worthwhile. The staff is the best!"

"Perfect location walking distance to Vatican, and close to bus to get to other locations. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. We had 2 families with 5 teens in total and had enough beds for all. The place was very clean, and had a washing machine which was very useful. A drying rack or clothesline to hang laundry would be ideal but we made do. The beds are functional and clean but not very comfortable, pillows pretty lumpy - really the only downside. There is not a lot of room in the...

"The staff were really kind and welcomed us better than we expected. The atmosphere in the hotel is very calm and quiet. The rooms are comfortable and served us the best it could. The location of the hotel is pretty far from the city center (around 20-30 mins drive by public transportation) but the close metro and bus station made it comfortable to reach any place quite easily. If you look for a quiet and comfortable place to rest in and you don’t mind using public transportation , this is the...

"Excellent location. 200 meters from Vatican. A lot of restaurants nearby. The apartment was really clean and nice. Aircon was great. Communication with the owner was quick. I would definetely stay again."

"Amazing property, amazing staff!"

"Clean room in a great location. "
