"Small, clean, no-nonsense hotel which was overpriced, but available considering it was a university homecoming weekend."

"Nice place to stay. Quiet, convenient to interstate, comfy beds, decent breakfast options. The corners of the bathroom looked a little dirty, but otherwise clean. It was just prior to college graduation weekend and the lobby was decorated in Illinois colors which was a nice touch! We’d stay there again if ever in the area. "

"Two night stay for UIUC Mom’s Weekend. Though the Red Roof Inn is a bit dated and is a no frills hotel, I have to admit that the bed was very comfortable and my stay was nice and quiet. It served its purpose for a place for me to sleep after spending all day with my son on campus celebrating Mom’s weekend. It was an easy drive (about 10 mins) to campus. At check in, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff was also friendly. It was a pleasant stay."
