Friendly service from the receptionists (Emily, Chiara), amenities in the lobby such as a coffee machine and snacks; restaurant; comfortable room with soundproof window; excellent cleanliness; air conditioning; great shower. I only have one suggestion: it would be great if there was a shuttle service from the hotel to the train station in the city center, which is about 4km away.

Excelente localização, toda equipe prestativa. Quarto amplo e limpo.

Bom hotel

When I was booking the hotel I saw a review complaining about the decor - crazy! The room is super large and beautifully decorated with a very authentic style. The view from our room was breathtaking. Location was perfect. Things to consider - no AC, just fan... in July, not great. Breakfast is good, but kind of simple and few options if you have food allergies. Parking can be a bit hard to find after late hours. Chairs around the table were not in great condition. But pros compensate the cons.

Quarto muito silencioso e confortavel.

Atendimento incrível o local superou nossas expectativas! A dona do estabelecimento Dânia é muito gentil! Amamos nossa estadia!
