This is, without question, the worst place I have ever booked.
The property is advertised as a hotel, but in reality it is a private home that bears no resemblance to what is being advertised. I felt completely misled.
Getting there is a nightmare. The road is virtually impassable, and unless you have a four-wheel-drive vehicle or a quad bike, you are likely to struggle just to reach the property. This is not made clear in the listing.
Once we finally arrived, we were met with obvious damp and moisture problems, terrible beds, and conditions that were far below any acceptable standard. We also noticed signs of bed bugs, which made the entire stay uncomfortable and deeply concerning.
Trying to contact the property was almost impossible. They were unreachable before, during, and after our stay. When we raised concerns that the property did not match what had been advertised, there was no support, no accountability, and no genuine attempt to resolve the situation.
If you are expecting a genuine hotel, book somewhere else. Based on my experience, this property does not live up to what it claims to be. I strongly advise others to avoid booking this place.
