O hotel Legacy Vacation Resort é muito bem localizado, facilutando o acesso para todos os parques, outlets e Malls. Bem próximo ao hotel tem um Wall Mart, uma Wall Greens e uma Publix. O serviço de limpeza é pago a parte, como se estivéssemos em uma casa. O apartamento que ficamos era o "Tree BedRoom", com uma suíte (cama King e banheiro com hidromassagem), um 2º quarto com duas camas queen, um terceiro quarto com um sofá cama para casal, uma sala ampla que também tinha um sofá cama, máquina de lavar roupa e secar e uma cozinha muito bem equipada, com diversos utensilios, Microondas, Lavalouça, Fogão elétrico com forno, geladeira ampla, duas cubas com água quente e fria. Tivemos problema em relação a limpeza, pois no check-in nos foi dito que como iríamos ficar 15 noites tinhamos direito a dois dias de limpeza geral gratuita, mas ao marcarmos o primeiro dia, tivemos que ir por 3 vezes a recepção do hotel, pois por duas vezes a pessoa não apareceu para limpar o quarto, somente depois de irmos uma terceira vez a recepção é que conseguimos que limpassem o quarto. Quando nós fomos marcar a segunda limpeza, nos foi dito que seria cobrada, pois nos disseram que o funcionário havia nos infromado errado, que só tínhamos direito a 1 dia de limpeza gratuita e não 2, como havia sido informado. Isto não nos afetou em nada, pois fazíamos a limpeza dos quartos e a retirada do lixo, mas vale deixar registrado que não cumpriram com o que foi falado no check-in, além do que os funcionários da recepção são um pouco atrapalhados.

O hotel é bom, porem o estacionamento deveria ser gratis para os hospedes. O hotel é grande demais, e alguns quartos ficam localizados bem longe dos elevadores. O quarto tinha frigobar, porem eu nao podia usar com minhas coisas, seria necessario alugar um a parte.

Café da manhā é péssimo, o restante, o hotel merece boa avaliação. As recepcionistas deveriam falar people memos o espanhol.

International Drive's largest claim to fame is the Universal Orlando Resort, home to two theme parks — Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios; the water park, Wet 'n Wild; and the entertainment area, CityWalk. The I-Ride trolley (really a bus) stops frequently along the street. At the north end of International Drive are two shopping meccas: Prime Outlets-Orlando and The Mall at Millenia.

A localização do hotel é ótima, fácil para pegar as vias que dão aos parques da Disney. Hotel está bem conservado e bem limpo. O café da manhã por ser padrão americano até me surpreendeu, pois já fiquei em hoteis mais luxuosos e que incluia o café da manhã e que não tinha tudo o que este oferecia. Recomendo como custo benefício o hotel.

Minha família, total de 04 pessoas, ficamos em um apartamento com 02 duas camas de casal. Apartamento excelente, espaçoso e muito limpo; apenas em um dia encontramos uma barata, acreditamos que foi excessão. Banheiro excelente. A roupa de cama não era trocada todos os dias. O serviço de quarto sempre colocava 03 toalhas de banho, deveriam ser 04; diáriamente […] tínhamos que pedir mais 01 toalha. O apartamento era de frente para o estacionamento, muito silencioso; os apartamentos de fundo tem a rodovia. Muito bom café da manhã, para os padrões americanos. O hotel possui máquina de lavar e secar roupa, muito útil. A piscina estava em manutenção, não podemos utilizá-la em nenhum momento. Gostei muito de fazer a reserva pré-paga pelo site hoteis.com. Após ter pago, houve uma redução da diária, a diferença foi depositada no meu cartão de crédito. Com certeza recomendo o hotel. Custo benefício excelente. "Otimo Hotel"
é uma boa opção as instalações foram reformadas recentemente e encontra-se em ótimo estado, só o café da manhã que para nós brasileiros é ruim pois tem pão de forma ovos mexidos e bacon, mas eu voltaria e recomendaria aos amigos.

Hotel novo, quartos limpos e confortáveis. Café da manhã simples no padrão americano (ovos, café aguado, bacon etc) O local é um pouco escuro ficando na International Drive, mas dá pra ir á pé pro Pizza Hut e Chilli's. Estacionamento aberto e gratuito.

Sempre me dei bem com essa rede. Já fiquei em vários hotéis deles em muitas cidades e sempre fique bastante satisfeito com a qualidade dos hotéis. "Bloqueio no cartão não cancelado, e sem explicação"
O hotel exigiu um bloqueio em meu cartão de crédito, de US$25,00 por dia de estadia, e quando estávamos indo embora, nos informaram que só efetuariam o cancelamento do bloqueio 2 dias depois do término da estadia, quando eu já estaria bem longe de Orlando. Agora estou esperando para ver se o cancelamento será realmente feito.

O hotel e bem localizado, facil para ir ate a Universal e a Disney, pois fica ao lado da 4. O cafe e muito bom, inclusive, sempre tem um cafe quente a qualquer hora. O hotel e novo e bem cuidado. Superou as expectativas! As camas sao excelentes para descansar. Pelo preco valeu a pena!

Customer service horrible. If you called down to the front desk no one ever answered. Staff did not know the area or even seem to care if they could help you or not. Did not even say thank you when i checked out. For the price i paid I will not go back here next year.

"Great room"
The room was VERY large. Everything looked relatively new, and VERY clean. Even though our room was right off the elevator, we had no issues with noise. Mary at the front desk was super nice and very helpful. Although it's on International Dr (so close to everything) it is set back off the main road so it's a bit quieter.
Pleasantly surprised! Very clean, awesome breakfast!

Clean comfortable room, convenient location, surrounded by lots to see and do. This is a perfect place to stay if you wanna be in the center of it all. Breakfast was good for a free meal.

we were in town for disney world. had a great time. about a 10 min. drive to magic kingdom. just down the street from seaworld. hotel walking distance to a lot of eateries such as panda express, pizza hut, dunkin donuts, mcdonalds, baskin robbins and much more. close to shopping. hotel staff is very friendly. free breakfast was nice. shuttle service […] to disney world ran only once a day. has a pool but never had time to see or use it. Can't ask for more - new, clean, hot breakfast, conveniently located, and affordable.
Went for a weekend trip with my teenage daughter and we enjoyed the hotel very much, Close to everything. Hotel has free parking and free breakfast. We would stay here again!!! Very pleased!
"air conditioner not working"
The only thing that was wrong with our stay was the air not working. Other than that we had a great time.
I recommend this hotel.only thing I didnt like was the housekeeping people knocking on my door at 9:45 am asking what time was I checking out.check out is at 11:00 am.

"Amazing"
The hotel was simply amazing. I was there visiting for a reunion and it was a great location. The only thing is you have to pay attention in looking for it, because it is not directly on the road and signage is not the best. The hotel stay was worth what we paid!

I absolutely HATE hotels and am very, very picky about where I stay and this hotel was the best one by far! The hotel is fairly brand new and you can tell they have kept it up. It is very neat and comfortable! We got the king suite room and it was big for just 2 people and we loved it. The bathroom was huge, as well as the room itself. The pool and […] hot tub was great and the area was clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel!! The free breakfast was outstanding!! They had everything you could think of to choose from and it actually tasted very good! The only bad thing was that the wi-fi was very poor and we were only on the second floor. Also, the tv didn't many channels at all. The location is right next to Universal and on International Drive so there was A LOT of traffic but that is what we chose so it's not the hotel's fault. On our previous 11 visits to Florida we have only ever stayed in rental properties , this has now changed. The location was great,the service was great but above all the quality of the room was excellent. No more will we do all that driving to and from , wasting time when to stay here was so easy.

"good experience"
Great breakfast! Very close to popular attractions. Room was clean, but we had only 3 bath towels each day even though we had 4 people and requested a 4th towel on the first night. Would stay here again.
"The Hotel in Orlando off of International Drive"
The Hotel was a nice stay for the price, not at all expensive enjoyed the breakfast that is serviced in the AM. Located in a busy area of International Drive but is a short distance to everything. Will recommand this hotel to anyone and I will also stay again.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There were plenty of places to eat in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Excellet hotel at a reasonable rate. Roomy queen vs double beds. If you like pre made eggs, bagels & cereal, the included breakfast is good. Otherwise ihop is downthe block.

The traffic on International is crazy..If you want a reasonable hotel were you don't half to come and go much then this hotel is for you. Unless your going to the shops on international then its a great hotel.

"Bad management"
The occupants of the rooms both adjacent and down the hall were very rude and loud most of he night. I called the front desk. They said they would take care of it. Three hours later and two more calls the front desk for assistance, no change. So I left a message for the manager the next day. No calls from the management I returned to the hotel for another […] night. Like clock work, just after midnight the people came in and thought it was time to party, run up and down the halls etc. I called the front desk and just like the night before, no help. Next morning I asked for a manager, was told she would be in at 0830, waited until 0845. When i asked if she was in, the reply was she would be in about 0930. Left my number again, no calls from management. So I returned to the hotel before 1700 that evening. Asked for the manager and - response was 'no one is here'. Of course, I knew that already. I figured out that the staff is all under the age of 25, running the hotel like a frat house. Recommendation is not to stay here ever again.
