+ : Wide and clean suites. Perfect if you are travelling with your family and children. It will have everything you may need. - : They say they have a "deluxe breakfast" but it's the same thing of all the other hotels. The lady making the omelets (the only different item from the others) at breakfast was very rude and slow and wasn't there everyday... so omelets only once in a while. Overall, a nice place to stay. P.S.: I have travelled for a month through the US and I have one complaint about all the hotels I have stayed: poor breakfast! Artificial scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy... and that's all. I don't know if it's because I am brazilian and here we really eat very well... but for me and my family, breakfast is always the most disappointing thing in all hotels.

If you intend to stay a couple of nights, this hotel will be perfect. Clean rooms, good beds, good showers, efficient staff, close to the city, good price. But if you are planing to stay a little more, maybe you will miss some things in your room: no fridge, no microwave, rooms are a little small (not so small, but far from being wide), wi-fi connection doesn't work (only the one by cable). "Quality Inn Parkway in Pigeon Forge-NOOOO!!!"
What can I say? The room was dirty upon arrival and was not cleaned during our stay. Even though we saw maids cleaning other rooms, the second night we had no clean towels and slept in unmade beds. The bathtub and toilet had not been cleaned from the guests before us and the floor appeared to have not been vacuumed either. We asked for a non-smoking […] room and received one. Too bad it reeked of cigarette smoke. The staff at the front desk were uncooperative and unfriendly. I see no reason to ever stay here again and may never again use this hotel service either since we were not warned in advance to choose another hotel. Take my advice and stay somewhere else! "typical quality inn"
My last few stays at the Quality inn have all been the same. They are typically dark and old often dirty looking, the motel in Pigeon Forge is no different. For the value fhis motel is not worth the stay. If you have to stay here make sure you ask for the rear rooms, the traffic sounds keep yo awake if you have a front room.

Terrible color on outside, not friendly, not sound proof, too much noise - not the Quality Inns that I am used to which are usually pretty and sound proof!
"Needs Improvement"
No hot water in sink and very little in tub. Very outdated needs improvement. Only way to get to our rooms was to climb stairs or go around to back of the building to take elevator. Horrible experience....
"Good Place to stay"
This hotel is somewhat removed from the main drag carnival area of the strip. But was very asscessible to all attractions and shopping. We would stay here again.
"OK location"
Was not guest friendly, no table to eat from, had to eat on the bed with only one comfortable chair to sit in. My child's feet were black from the dirty carpet. Coming to and from the room, if workers were cleaning other rooms, there was not enough room to walk by, location was ok, if you want to be on the strip stay farther down.
