O hotel está muito bem localizado.... Utilizei o cofre, o serviço de concierge e sempre fui bem atendida pelos funcionários. Na reserva do meu quarto adquiri café da manhã para 2 pessoas porém, o café é a-la-carte e portanto, mais demorado do que um self-service. Sugestão: não comprar café da manhã do hotel e ir comer na padaria Au Bon Pain no caminho do hotel para a estação de trem (comunicação interna por dentro dos prédios). É mais barato e tem uma maior variedade de produtos.

"Great Place for an airport stopover"
I used this hotel for a stopover to break up a 35 hour trip and although the weather was cold and wet the hotel was great. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The noise factor was zero and the amenities good. I had an evening meal at the hotel and the food was good, staff were extremely helpful and overall was a good experience. The casino is just down the road and I can't comment on the surrounding area as I slept most of the time I was there but if I had a stopover in Chicago in the future I would most definitely stay there. "Beautiful, clean & free parking"
I really like this hotel. It's one of the few that has free parking, a very good free breakfast, clean, comfortable rooms, free wireless, and good service. I don't use the pool but it looks adequate. "Smoke smelling room"
We enjoyed the pool - our 2 young children LOVED the kids' play pool. Perfect for young kids. But, our room smelled like cigarette smoke - BAD! Hard to sleep in there. When we complained the next morning, the employee was apologetic, gave my kids a treat from the concession. Although she was very nice, we decided to put in a formal complaint. "Great Service"
I took 8 people to Mexico with me and we flew out of O'Hare. Hilton Garden Inn is a 5 minute shuttle ride to the airport. Just call them when you return and they are there in 10 minutes, loading your bags and taking you directly to your car. I have stayed here many times and have NEVER regretted it! Its quiet for sleeping too.
"Parking"
The hotel was very nice to stay in but the parking was awful. But I must say that I couldn't find a place to park and I talked to the front desk and the gentlemen moved his car so I could have his spot. I found this to be very polite and understanding. I will %100 go back.

If you are a college kid and want to party don't come here because they will charge you 50 bucks to clean up after you. Other than that nice place. Would recommend for anyone who is mature!

This Hotel is a very fine Hotel and very conveniently located at the Airport. There is a shuttle to and from and the breakfast is wonderful. I had to leave early and got breakfast to go with plenty of fresh fruit,muffins etc. Would stay there again for sure. HENRI from Canada
"Nice & Relax"
The room was nice and clean, bit cozy though. The hotel staff were helpful and shuttle bus was useful, 2 times an hour (like 10:00am, 10:30am) without reserve. "Hilton Garden O'hare"
This is a gem, convenient to O'Hare. The service was Hilton style dispite it being a lower rate hotel. I had dinner at the restaurant and again, it is Hilton service with no shortcuts. Will stay again! Great wait service.

Great staff! Bus runs 24hrs/day to the hotel. Pick-up is across the street from the airport Marriott. Parking for 10 days was $50.

"Hilton Garden Inn - Chicago O'Hare"
Traveling with a pet - we were picked up promptly, and the driver was a great help with the large crate! Nice, clean, quite room - pet friendly staff. Room service was a nice option, and the food was good. I would stay here again.

"Exceeded expectations"
We only stayed one night, I didn't realize till we pulled up the new Casino was next door. Not a gambler but we walked to the Frog Bar restaurant from the hotel. Didn't need shuttle, chose it also because of free parking unlike other hotels we saw. Don't have young ones but noticed a fun looking pool/water play area for kids inside the hotel.

"Friendly staff, Excellent Shuttle to Airport"
Driver from and to the airport was friendly and well informed. They have a list of restaurants they will shuttle you to if you prefer not to eat at their onsite restaurant (which was very good). Overall great stay.
"Before flying ,nice place to be."
With the shuttle bus service of the hotel , it was so easy for us to go to chicago and spend our last 3 days there before going back home to europe. It is the horrible noise of the metratrain which make the half hour trip tochicago exhausting but then we found our nice bed and take a good rest. Nice matresses!!

The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel was within walking distance ot the new Rivers Casino. Also bus stop to the city within walking distance. Free parking and wifi a great plus.
The beds in the room were sooooooo comfy. The sheets smelled freshly cleaned. The pool section was warm and the water temperature was perfect. Front desk staff were very polite, accomodating and professional.

Extra clean room, Wonderful fitness center, FREE parking, awesome business center and the shuttle takes you any where you need to go in the area. No complimentary breakfast but still would stay here every time I go to Chicago. FANTASTIC!

"Only if you are in a pinch"
We stayed at this hotel as a last minute resort to be closer to our family in Chicago. The room was smoking and smelled pretty bad. The bed was extremely comfortable though. The neighborhood was a little uncomfortable but overall not too bad of a place to stay for the location and price. I had a chance to stay in this Hilton Garden Inn durring a recent trip to Chicago and from the moment I arrived I was pleased with the people that work there!! I wasn't familiar with the transit system in Chicago so I ask Mark if he could help me find my way around? Before I went to my room Mark had showed me on a map what routes to take to get were […] I was going. I always knew I could count on Mark if I needed to know something. I was in town to see three Baseball games A Ballpark Tour a concert and A SCTV walking tour. I would also like to mention the GREAT shuttle drivers the hotel has, Their names are Craig and Carmine. The rooms were very cozy and comfortable, and nicely decorated. The pool was smaller than expected, but there were at least 10-15 beach balls and foam floaties the hotel provided for everyone. Great hotel. Workout room was very nice. New machines and well kept. Hotel provided shuttle to the L. Casino next door which was fun and convenient. Free parking. Great suburb with many restaurants and shopping to choose from. Free wireless was a big plus. Pool looked nice but didn't use. Family friendly.

This hotel was impressive in many ways, especially its customer serive. Everyone that we encountered was kind and went above and beyond for us! Our room was clean, as well as the rest of the hotel. The kids had fun in the pool! The food was great, especially the breakfast. My only complaint is we had some next door neighbors that were extremely loud. "Great Stay"
This is a great little Hilton. The staff, rooms with nice crisp sheets, canteen, restaurant and location were quite a bit more that I expected. Our stay, although short, was very nice and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
