O hotel muito aconchegante, ótimo para ficar alguns dias, o quarto é confortável, tem estacionamento gratuito, o café da manha é cortesia, porém é fraco. Quanto a localização, ele fica bem distante de washington, e esta em uma área residencial, mesmo assim existe um shopping nas redondezas. Recomendo!

O Hotel é limpo, o staff é educado e solicito. A localização é excelente. Certamente, recomendaria este hotel para quem quer conforto sem gastar muito. As únicas reclamações são: o isolamento acústico do Hotel não é muito bom e da para ouvir conversas alheias pelas paredes, mas nada que não dê para aguentar; o frigobar estava sem pé e fazia um barulho irritante, mas eu consegui dar um jeito de fazê-lo parar.

Básico e funcional. Localizado perto de posto de gasolina, WallMart, Target, lugares para comer bem proximos. Todos os quartos sao no primeiro piso e vc estaciona seu carro em frente ao seu quarto, o que te da uma independencia e praticidade. Nao tem luxo nenhum, mas pelo custo benefício, esta muito bom.

Great hotel! Me and my wife made a quick getaway to Baltimore for a couple days and booked our room at the Inner Harbor a couple weeks before. What a great choice! Close to all the local attractions of the Inner Harbor, all the restaurant choices you could ask for, comfortable room, friendly staff, ect. "GREAT STAY!"
For Inner Harbor attractions and concerts this is a must stay. We had traveled to Baltimore for a concert at the 1St Mariner Marina and had no idea that it was right next door. After the concert we were hungry it was late and the hotel desk called Tony's Restaurant to ask if they could send us up (walking distance). We had a great meal, drinks, and […] conversation with the owner and employees. Really good crab bisque. A great location to stay at if you have events at the conventions center. I had friend transfer hotels from the Hyatt because the rooms were better here

"Remebered why we stopped staying here"
The location of the hotel is excellent, local to everything in the Harbor. All staff including maintenance and coffee shop staff are friendly and helpful. The downside, nightly charge for parking which is the reason we stopped staying here. It is less expensive to stay near BWI, free parking and many hotels offer free breakfast. I was very impressed with the OUTSTANDING customer service we received at check in! I will be emailing the supervisor about this gentleman! I haven't seen customer service with that any where in years! We have another event towards the end of February at The 1st Mariner, I will be sure to book my stay here again!

We got a king room. The set up of room was very comfortable with having our 18 month old son with us. The location to Johns Hopkins was perfect. The staff was helpful and you could not beat the price! If we have to come to town again will stay again for sure.

We stayed here on the recommendation of my brother who travels frequently for work. It was "off season" so the hotel was relatively empty and the rate was very good. The rooms were great with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Reception called the room once we got our bags up to the room to be sure everything was OK. "Great value"
Spent a weekend there while visiting friends in Baltimore. The renovated rooms are very nice and beds are comfortable - not a heavenly bed, but comfortable. The bathroom was small, but in good repair. Some of the hallways and areas around the elevators had beat up wallpaper. The front desk could not have been nicer. We ate breakfast in the restaurant […] and it was very good. Parking costs $23 per day and is on par with other hotels in the harbor area. The parking deck is attached to the hotel and is convenient. "great value"
Great value for the money. Comfy bed and clean room. Only downside-one elevator was out of order and the wait for the other elevator was ridiculous.
The hotel was very convenient for where we wanted to go. The workers there were very polite and very informant. Even though the hotel does not have balconies, the view from our room was great, i even took pictures. We ordered food delivery from another restaurant and they came right to our room door . Near the Inner Harbor and Convention Center, this hotel is priced right. NOTE: stay DOES NOT include parking. Parking garage available, but expensive. This hotel is ready for a rebuild. I stayed three nights. On two days, only one of the two elevators worked. TV remote never worked even after repeated requests to front desk. In room phone did not work. staff was nice and parkign convenient but you had to pay for parking ($23/night). They have 2 elevators and one was broke so we took the stairs due to long wait. Also, faucet to the bathtub in our room was completely broke.

The place was extremely clean. They let us check in early, and Precious at the front desk was so so so nice. The walk to the inner harbor was easy and quick.

This hotel has amazing customer service, warm cookie when you get in and whenever you want it. My sink exploded one night, and they moved me to the room right next door and took off the cost for the entire night. Everything is very clean and top-notch quality. The toilet ran half of the night- I turned off the water at the base of the toilet- The front desk did not seem too concerned about the issue but other then that it was a good time

I booked a room here and i must say it was a very comfortable room. The only downside is that the sheets smelled a little like smoke and I was in a non smoking room. "Pay for Parking & lack of blackout curtains"
I was not happy paying for parking at all and not having the option to blackout light, is not cool. I was there for family emergency, I did not rest well at all and had a long drive home.

locations of the hotel was perfect. The room was very clean & the beds were comfortable.The biggest down side was the price of parking was $25 which is extremly high.

Great location for the stadium and inner harbor. Usually the cheaper one around. Traffic noise is kind of loud though as well as other guests in the hotel.

The rooms were clean, however, they were a little dated. Hotel staff was very pleasant. It was quite noisy in the halls at night but could have been due to Raven fans getting ready for the game the next day. There was a lot of purple in the hotel on Sunday. For the price, I can't complain.
