O Hotel é simples, porém muito bem localizado. A uma quadra do Hotel, em caminhada bem tranquila, tem-se bom supermercado, um Mac Donald's, um pequeno centro de compras com loja da Ross - a rua fica entre as Hollywood Blvd e a Sunset que se estendem para importantes pontos turísticos. Acabei de me hospedar neste Hotel. O apto é modesto, o banheiro pequeno e simples; no entanto sempre que chegávamos, estava bem arrumado, cheiroso, com boas toalhas e sempre repondo-se os sabonetes e shampoos. A recepção é super simples, onde é servido o café da manhã - tem-se bons donut's doces, croissant, café americano e suco de laranja. Tem-se Wi-fi com bom acesso rápido à internet e na recepção um computador com uso livre para o hóspede por 15 min. Impressão é cobrado US$ 0.50 por folha. Eu e minha família curtimos bastante a estadia no mesmo. Voltaríamos sim.

O fato de ter o metro ao lado do hotel, onde pode-se ir a vários pontos da Hollywood Boulevard, inclusive a Universal Studios, já tem minha preferência, o preço é outro ponto a favor. Hotel para se hospedar apenas para dormir, excelente custo-benefício . Li um relato que uma hospede pagou para receber encomendas no hotel, mas isso não aconteceu comigo. Recebi encomendas e não me cobraram nada. Recomendo

Excelente localização ao lado do aeroporto. Boa refeição. Apenas fiquem atentos para o alto custo de garagem dos hotéis em Los Angeles.

Foi uma excelente escolha. Embora um pouco longe do centro turistico de Los Angeles, o que não é problema se estiver com automóvel, o hotel oferece várias facilidades: bom café da manhã, intenet do quarto sem acréscimo, estacionamento gratuito e proximidade com vários centros de compras. Há também dois supermercados próximos, um somente de comida orgânica, e muitos restaurantes.

Excelentes acomodações, quarto limpo e espaçoso, ótimo café da manhã. Hotel muito bonito, ambiente agradável. O translado aeroporto - hotel ocorre durante as 24 horas, de 30 em 30 min, basta esperar do lado de fora do aeroporto, onde passam as vans.

Simply known as “The Valley,” this sprawling area includes the suburbs of Encino, Northridge, and Van Nuys. But Burbank is the key attraction, as several movie and TV studios are based here. Universal Studios’ theme park combines tourism with the local craft. Griffith Park provides much needed green in a city known for its smog. Nearby, the Burbank airport is an alternative to LAX.

"quarto confortavel"
Hotel limpo e quarto confortavel, piscina boa, . pena não ter cafe da manhã. Mas solicitando tem microondas onde pode comprar o cafe da manha num mercado grande proximo o Target preços bem acessiveis e grande variedade de produtos, inclusive remedios .

"Hotel Best Wester - LA - bom custo beneficio"
Bom hotel, mas próximo a rodovia. Relativamente perto de Holywood. Boa estrutura, mas sem café da manha.
"Dentro da expectativa"
Possui uma hidro quente maravilhosa e e bem localizado pensando em quem deseja passar em LA, pois esta no cruzamento de 2 freeways importantes. E um hotel que precisa começar a investir mais em algumas manutenções como, por exemplo, ar condicionados antigos e barulhentos. Atendeu bem a minha expectativa.

Excelente servico, atendentes cordiais e simpáticos. Quartos confortáveis, perto de vários pontos de conveniencia, restaurantes, lanchonetes, a poucos minutos das atracoes turisticas de Los Angeles, no caminho para o Six Flags Magic Mountain. Extremamente recomendado

"Very Convienent"
We enjoyed our stay here for the Rosebowl, especially with the Oregon win! Hotel is clean, staff is nice and very helpful, very convenient to freeways, restaurants, universal studios, Dennys right next door with discount, just show your room key. My only concern was that I made my reservation a month or more in advance, and I only had choice of two […] rooms in the noisy area of the hotel by the elevator and vending machines, they should reserve the best rooms in the order of when the reservations were made. The room was comfortable and adequate for mine and my kids' needs. We wish the heated pool was a little more heated, and the hot tub was not working when we wanted to use it.

"Very satisfied."
I wanted to book one night for my boyfriend and I to stay in a hotel for my bday trip to L.A. After finding a good deal on hotels.com, we were VERY satisfied with this hotel. We got there a bit earlier then expected, and the man at the front desk was very sweet when we requested an early check in. (My boyfriend had a business conference call he needed […] to take and needed to be somewhere quiet and with full Internet access.) The employee called room keeping to see if they had a open room that they had already finished up with and when they said no, he requested they clean a particular room then asked them to please call back when it was ready for us. :) Needless to say we got into the room in time for my boyfriend to finish his business call in a very reasonable time and manner. This hotel is in a convenient location, the bed was comfortable, the staff was nice, the Internet was free (a little slow, but still worked), parking is free and although it is a motel type room set-up, it is def. worth the price and all anyone needs as a comfortable place to sleep, relax, shower and change to go out on the town. :) Leia mais

Great hotel. But now breakfast. They have a Dennys next door that gives you 10% off. Not comparable to the inhouse free breakfast! But overall great hotel, clean, friendly staff.

The stay was fine. The wiring in our room heater caught fire and filled the room with a very bad smell. They finally replaced the heating unit after it happened a second time.

I found the room to be roomy enough and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The normal price was a little steep but the sale price I was given made this an easy choice compared to other hotels in the area.

"Good quiet out of the way place"
This hotel is farther away from most of the attractions, but if you rent a car, you can easily get to a metro stop and park there to get into the city. It is also right of the interstate so easy to go to/from LAX or other airports. Friendly staff. "Good location but not quite as advertised"
The Best Western Carriage Inn has a great location for getting on and off the 405 freeway but it is advertised as having a dining facility and bar. It has a "Denny's" next door and the bar is not longer open. Other than that is was good.

We stayed at the Best Western in Sherman Oaks, CA. We were very happy with our stay. The room was neat and clean. We liked the layout very much. It was nice to have a restaurant nearby. If we come to this area again we certainly would consider staying at your place. The Buettners
"Everything perfect except fwy noise."
I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was so friendly and attentive and the site and the room was extremely clean. My friend did not mind the freeway noise and I use ear plugs when I travel so it did not bother me but that is the only thing I could see that might concern others. Rooms are clean and the price is right - but the trade off is the location - located at a busy intersection and some of the clients can be loud. Also, Denny's has horrible food. Still worth it if you are looking for a clean room at a reasonable price.

I don't typically visit the LA area and didn't bother to shop around for prices, trusting in the Best Western name (have stayed with them once before). It was very nice and clean although the price tag did not seem to be justified. Cons: Reserved two queens, got a king. (likely hotels.com error) TV was not properly programmed and required channel programming. TV […] remote has five buttons (making it programmable only with the face buttons) Once programmed, the TV picked up LodgeNet menus, system status, and all PPV channels whether they were active or not. A lot of blank screens that would play movies when anyone in the Hotel used LodgeNet to order it. Th TV in my room was not able to use/recognize the LodgeNet system, only the channels dedicated to it. Wifi was superbly slow. No microwave. Our family loved this hotel. Less than 10 minutes from Universal Studios and Hollywood. 20 min from Marina Del Ray. Very clean, staff friendly. Denny's on site was convienent. Target 2 blocks away.

"Good Value of Money"
Recently renovated, clean rooms, it is only 10 minutes drive to Universal Studios. Neighbourhood is little sketchy. Denny's located in the hotel and they give you 10% off to Best Western Guests. I would definitely go back.

"Perfect for business"
Clean, efficient, just about perfect. Only things I noticed: The lobby doesn't have a microwave, which can be convenient, and parking is generally almost full but we always found a spot.
"BW Carriage Inn"
Everything was as expected, and the quality of the interior was better than expected. It was quite quiet despite the location near the freeway. My only reservation was the too-thick and very spongy pillows.
