Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was good enough for the four of us. The hallway had a smell.

The location is great--close to the lake, shopping, and restaurants and easy to find. For the price, I think there should be a coffee maker in the room.

Smelled like a rest home; lumpy bed and pillows; lots of wear and tear. Probably OK for Spring Break but not any other time.

overall the hotel was good. nothing fancy, slightly dated. the location was very good. close to the lake, and close to a biking, running path around the island. the biggest complaint i had was when booking i requested a smoking room with a balcony. when i arrived i was informed that those rooms were not available for smoking, and i could switch to a smoking room at the same cost as a balcony room. and since i had already paid for my room there was nothing i could do [or they could or would do]. so check ahead to make sure you are going to get what you're paying for.

The Hotel and staff are great! Walking distance to Lake Havasu Marine! Like the idea of having a delicious restaurant down stairs. Rooms clean and orderly. Pet friendly. The pool hours are good. Look forward in returning.

The location was great, on the island in the lake and super close to the water with a great view. Has all the things you'd expect, mini fridge, microwave, etc.. The only downfall is the beds were very stiff, this comparing to a 'one star' the following night.

The room and facility appeared to be clean but needs some repair and updating. A little out of the way of activities but not terrible.

Right over bridge and close to lake. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good hotel for the price. We will return.

My only criticism is the pool is almost as hot as a spa! Too hot to swim laps and not refreshing.

GREAT LOCATION TO EVERYTHING AND FRIENDLY STAFF GREAT BOAT PARKING. SMALL PLACE WHICH I LIKE.

The staff was polite and the employees of Brianna's Resturaraunt in the hotel were great to my guest and children. We were able to watch the fireworks right from the hotel's parking lot in the back of our boat. The weekend was a success.

It was great for one night stay. The room was clean and locationg was good. Rate was also nice. Overall, great and I would stay there again.

couldnt ask to be closer to the lake and public boat launch. the in room fridge and microwave is very convient. the pool was nice. check in and out was a breeze. we forgot our boat towels and were able to use the pool towels. there was very few people during the week so we had the lake to our selves. the hallways had a musty smell and our rooms had a smell but worked great.

I made the reservation online and then a couple days later add more days. When we checked in the agent said we would have to switch rooms the following morning. The next morning the agent on staff said if we were happy with the room we could stay in it. I was very glad because we would of had to take all our belongings to our car and wait for the second room so we could checkin.

Well, for the price I paid it was fine. I only showered & slept in the room so it worked for me. Im a boater so ... If your boating during the day & party at night this place will work. Its close to London bridge & a boat launch. I would compare it to the Tropicana Express in Laughlin. Nothing fancy a little old.... But hell u want the Ritz Carlton, then stay there.

The hotel was very nice and had everything we needed. If I could have changed anything it would have been less people in the hot tub. We never got to get in it because it was always full. But we did not go to Lake Havasu to sit in the hot tub so we had plenty of other things to do. The staff was friendly and handled the large crowd (due to a movie being made in Havasu) very well.

it's all about location, great boat parking, and it's near a free launch ramp. It is also walking distance to restaurants/bars. Everyone was very nice, helpful and the rooms were clean. we are definitely going back.

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE AND THE LOCATION TO LAKE ACTIVITIES WAS EXCELLENT. THE FRONT DESK STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. WOULD COME BACK FOR A LONGER STAY IN THE FUTURE.

The hotel was in the perfect location the lobby and little resturant was great, great bar and staff very nice, the room the bed was old and not too comfy the sheets were scratchy the tile in bathroom floor needed cleaning but for the money the view was fantastic, quiet pool was great...

Loved the location beside the park and channel near the London Bridge. Walking distance if you don't want to drive there. Hotel was great for the money. It was clean and the service was good. I plan to stay every trip to Havasu. I would recommend it.

We traveled with friends and asked for adjoining rooms. There were none, they were booked solid. When our friends got to their room, it had not been cleaned, so they were transferred to the 3rd floor. When we got to our assigned room, it smelled like the tolit had overflowed. We called the manager, who very nicely moved us to another room -- right next door to our friends on the 3rd floor.

Perfect location and not a bad deal. Room was adequate, the beds definitely need updating.

The customer service was great. There was a slight mix up at check in but Jacob, the night manager, was quick to solve the problem.The staff are all friendly and courteous. The Location is great! We would definitely stay there again!

while this wasn't the best hotel in town, it is clean and well worth the money. The rooms are basic but well kept up. Beds are a little hard but for the money what can you expect.

After reading mixed reviews I was a little nervous booking my stay at the Island Inn. All nervousness was washed away upon arrival. The facility was clean, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful (especially Tyler); check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and bigger than expected. It even had a window that opened, which was nice since the weather was outstanding. Only two drawbacks to the room - the pillows were a little thin and the matress of one bed had a large dip in the middle (flipping the matress helped). I would consider staying there again.

It is old and looks like they are trying to fix t up a little. it is a good deal for the money.
