Boas acomodações. Café da manhã simples, mas satisfatório. Recepcionistas simpáticos e prestativos. Localizado ao lado de um pequeno bosque e com fácil acesso ao centro da cidade, porém, não muito próximo. Recomendo!

Bem localizado, e com comercio variado nas redondezas. Staff pouco cooperativo, o que nao prejudicou a estadia no hotel.

Escolhi esse hotel pela sua localização estratégica: Próximo ao outlet Franklin Mills e no caminho do Six Flags. Os quartos são de bom tamanho e a qualidade geral do hotel é boa em relação ao seu preço. Só não recomendo para quem deseja visitar o centro da cidade, pois fica um pouco longe.

"Sofitel Philadelphia - Central e bem localizado"
Hotel excelente, com serviço ótimo e eficiente. Localização privilegiada e central, próxima às atrações obrigatórias na cidade (National Independence Park, etc.). Fica no centro comercial, com restaurantes, lanchonetes, shoppings e lojas próximas também. Pode-se ir a pé para inúmeros locais, sem necessitar de carro ou taxi.

The location was perfect as my girlfriend and I were walking distance to the Philadelphia nightlife. I liked the hotel and it's presentation. I would definitely come back in the future.

"Lovely hotel- hidden costs"
Though we had a good deal through hotels.com for this hotel, and it is lovely, the overly high price of parking, along with the expensive cocktails, coffees, and desserts would cause us not to return.

The service at this hotel was excellent. The quality of the hotel can improve. Room was not as clean as I would have expected. Bed was not comfortable. Perfect location, but I will stay someplace else next time.

"Must stay!"
My boyfriend and I stay at the Sofitel whenever we want a weekend away. Customer service is great--everyone is always greeting you in the most genuine way. The rooms are very comfortable--we are a fan of the Bose radio/speakers. Location is great. It's around all the great restaurants, bars and stores. "Philadelphia Experience"
My wife and I had a get away in Philadelphia and we enjoyed our stay at Softitel. The hotel was convenient to everything we wanted to do, restaurants, theater, etc. so we didn't have to get a cab. We walked everywhere. The only disappointing thing, which I can't blame the hotel, was the noise and rough housing that young adults were making/doing at […] 2:00 am to 3:30 am in our hallway. My husband and I stayed at the Sofitel in Philly and really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice, clean - the bar great. The only negative was the $40 parking.

"The Sofitel hotel in Philadelphia- great hotel"
Great hotel took my wife for a suprise weekend stay over. Was not sure what to expect, but was very satisfied, Very nice lounge on the first floor with great seating. If you come to Phila. I would stay here.
My husband was in the hospital and I needed a peaceful place to stay. I could not have picked a better hotel! Staff is so sweet, everyone from the door to reception, to the room. THank you.

"Nice getaway."
My wife and I stayed a couple of days with our dog Molly. Spacious room and bath. Excellent staff whose politeness was extended not only to us but Molly as well. Great location.

"softel's cheapness ruins it's quality..."

"Wonderful Philadelphia stay"
This was a really lovely hotel stay. The property is beautiful, the staff helpful, the location perfect. Even the restaurant was terrific. Sofitel would be my first choice on my next Philly visit.
"Comfortable"
All was great UNTIL their fire alarm went off at 3AM and we all had to wait outside in the freezing cold for a false alarm. If we weren't heading to a funeral I would have been scorning management amd asking for a partial refund or even just a credit to use in the future. You know what would have been nice? A simple apology for the inconvenience..

Pros: Convenient location, courteous staff, clean, safe, fire alarm works well (3 am), fair price. Cons: noise - thin walls, slamming room doors. Pretty common in most hotels.

"Fire Alarm in the middle of the night"
I will say that the hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff very pleasant. But our 1st anniversary was ruined by the Fire Alarm going off at 2:45 in the morning. After walking down 8 flights of stairs and standing out in the cold we were eventually able to return to our room. We walked back up 8 flights of stairs. Out side there was no direction […] from the staff as to where and what we should be doing. We simply stood by the door with the rest of the guest wondering what was going on. I am very sympathetic to the fact that things happen, and are simpley out of hotels control. I accept that. What really bothered me was that it was never mentioned, explained or even apologized for the next morning when we went to check out. I could have booked a cheaper hotel but choose this one because of their reputaion and I wanted a special weekend for my husband and myself on our first anniversary. I'm very dissapointed. Leia mais

Very Nice Hotel Awesome Location to restaurants,casino, bars etc We had junior suite the most comfortable bed i ever slept on in a hotel, hotel bar was open till 2 great lounge and cocktails only negative parking was $40 for valet a little pricey but well worth it Will deffintly be a repat customer

Wonderful location, 5 star decor and service and absolutely affordable. Our room was beautiful and the hotel was in the heart or Rittenhouse. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

"The Sofitel in Philadelphia-French gem in the city"
We stay at this hotel when ever we are in Philly. The rooms are so cozy,they have a great restaurant right in the hotel and it is located in center city,close to shopping,great places to eat and lots of bars and clubs and it is all within walking distance of the hotel. My husband and I really enjoy it.

Staff was very helpful & friendly at the front desk. Concierge (James??) very much knew his food destinations. House keeping staff is noisy in the AM but quite at turn down time!
