O hotel Comfort Inn Central Park West em New York, fica em uma região privilegiada, com metrô praticamente na porta que te deixa nos melhores pontos de compras e atrações teatrais, a rua onde ele se localiza é residencial mista, portanto convive-se com moradores e turistas, com ótimos restaurantes e bares bem pertinho sem precisar se distanciar do seu […] local de descanso. Ficamos hospedados por quatro noites nas quais não conseguimos dormir em virtude do incessante barulho proveniente do sistema de aquecimento (que não funcionou direito, sendo necessário requisitar um aquecedor elétrico) e do sistema hidráulico. O hotel tem uma excelente localizacao, vizinho ao central park e a uma estacao de metro. A vizinhanca eh otima, podendo andar tranquilamente a noite. A unica coisa ruim eh que o quarto era muito pequeno, mas mesmo assim ainda vale muito a Pena para quem vai passar o dia fora e vai pro hotel so dormir.

Como em Nova York o serviço de metrô é de boa qualidade, dei preferência a hotéis que ficassem próximos a estações de metrô. O hotel fica muito perto de uma estação e isso foi um ponto positivo na minha escolha. Quanto as instalações do hotel, os quartos apesar de não serem tão espaçosos, são bons e limpos. A única coisa que não me agradou, foi o o […] café-da-manhã em geral, tanto no que diz respeito as instalações, quanto no que pertine a reposição dos produtos . A área em que é servido é bem pequena e em alguns horários as pessoas que vão chegando e ficando em pé, esperando vagarem as mesas. Outro problema é que se você chegar depois das 9:00h para tomar seu café, com certeza algum produto estárá faltando, pois chega um momento em que eles não repoem mais alguns produtos. Excelente serviço, quarto limpo e staff muito simpático e atencioso. O hotel está em uma região muito boa e muito perto do Central Park. Mas é um longo caminho a pé at'e a Time Square. O ponto negativo é que o quarto é muito pequeno.

Hotel com localizaçao prox ao Central Park, bem tranquilo, regiao mais residencial, longe do agito. Para quem viaja e e usa o hotel apenas para dormir e nao exige mto luxo pode ser uma boa opçao. Os banheiros e os quartos sao limpos, embora pequenos. O cafe da manha é simples e sem mta variedade. Ótimo custo beneficio em manhattan. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e atenciosos. Ficaram com a nossa bagagem antes do check-in e depois do check-out. Providenciaram transporte para nós e nos auxiliaram em tudo oque precisamos. Efetuei o pagamento aqui pelo site e não paguei um centavo a mais lá no hotel. O Café da manhã é muito bom, comparado […] com outros nos EUA, poderia dizer que é um café brasileiro mais simples, com frutas, sucos, waffle, pão, ovos... Os quartos são MUITO PEQUENOS! e o hotel é super apertadinho, por tanto pense 2 veses antes de ir para lá com muita bagadem. O nosso quarto tinha 2x3m. Tem uma saida do metrô no mesmo quarteirão do hotel, e ha 2 quarteiroes outra saida maior com uma farmacia 24H um Trader joe's e um MC Donalds. O local do hotel é bem calmo e silencioso, estanto bem perto do metro, uma otima opção para quem nao gosta de ficar no centro da muvuca... Não gostei dos banheiros. It's a good hotel right beside the Central Park; Helpfull staff and good service. It was a nice stay and perfect cost benefit. I really recommend the hotel!

Excelente localização, quartos funcionais, bom café da manhã, preço muito bom. Nota-se alguns pequenos detalhes que poderiam melhorar quanto à manutenção, mas, de modo geral, as instalações são limpas. Como comentário final, vale a pena ficar nele, eu voltaria com certeza.

Recomendo o hotel, um Hotel que atende as expectativas e importante tem cafe da manha incluido na diaria, a 100 metros da estação do metro e tambem do central park. Diarias baratas em rtelação a NY.

I loved the Hotel. It's located in one of the best places in Manhattan, not expensive and everyone is up to help. The only problem is the size where you have the breakfast but you can come down and take your breakfast to your room. The street is just awesome, just like you see in the movies with that British buildings. I do recommend!!!

There is Bed bug in bed.I was bited .

Tiny rooms even by NYC standards. If you just need a place to catch up on sleep this hotel will work fine. Very close to two subway stops and Central Park. Worked fine for my needs and the price was right. Plan on taking the stairs for extra work out. Elevator is slow.

Price: For a New York hotel, we got a super deal. Location: It was located in a quiet residential area, very close to a subway stop, and just a short walk to another major one. Walking back from the subway at night (I am a single woman with my 8-year-old daughter) I felt COMPLETELY safe. Terrific food options literally on the same block just a short […] walk west: Big Nick's (burgers and phenomenal pizza slices), a lovely Italian restaurant, what looked like a great higher-end Mexican restaurant and, if I remember correctly, a middle-eastern restaurant. And another, too, I think. Amenities: There was a cute little workout room that I didn't use. The breakfast was a fabulous convenience. This was no "continental" breakfast. Many breakfast options were offered: make-your-own waffles, toast, cereal, coffee, several different kinds of fruit, doughnuts, eggs, sausage, English muffins, instant oatmeal, several choices of juice, etc. Room: The room was smaller than small. I get that New York hotel rooms are going to be small, really. It was only me (a medium sized woman) and a very small 8 year old and we were tripping over each other, however. Drawers had to be closed in order to walk around the bed at all. Two adults would have a difficult time. Liked the size of our room at the comparable Park 79 of a year ago. Small, but we could actually move. No natural light as the window was against a brick wall. It was difficult to identify it was morning w/o looking at the clock. A little worn and run down, but not something I really care too much about. Room was very warm. Much warmer than I am used to during sleeping hours, but maybe there are some that would like that. Very decent flat screen TV in room. I didn't come to NY to watch cable, but it was nice at the end of the day. Nice, comfortable bed. Ample drawer space. I liked that there was a safe in the room. Considering the price, the hotel was worth twice as much. Not the Ritz, but for the price, in the heart of NYC - it is a steal

This was one of the most outdated hotels I've ever stayed in. The very first room we went to had the smell of vomit right at the front door so we had to get another room. The staff was very kind in getting us another room....but overall...yuk yuk yuk

don't expect much. We only spent one night and it was so close to Lincoln Center that it made our evening of dinner and the opera super easy to navigate. The room is VERY small and the pipes are super noisy. Lots of clanging and banging. However, despite the noise, I slept well. This hotel has not changed over to all white linens and duvets either. […] Questionable bed spreads and blankets still on the bed. Tiny, not so clean room ... cracked vinyl tile in bathroom ...dingy sheets and towels ... no tub, tiny shower only. While the room may have been clean, it felt dirty. In fact, I felt as if I needed a hot shower every time I left the room during the two-day stay. Hotel location is closest to the Broadway. İt is in the walking distance to the central.

Phenomenal locations in close proximity to some great restaurants, museums, and Central Park within a quiet neighborhood. Decent breakfast included!

The Comfort Inn Central Park West is in a great location! The people at the desk were always friendly and helpful. Our room with a double bed was very small, but very clean and cozy. All we did there was sleep, so the size of the room didn't matter. Our only complain was that the room got quite warm each night.

The location is terrific - we were in the city to go to the Metropolitan Opera and this hotel was in the perfect location for proximity to dining and Lincoln Center. The first room we were assigned on the 3rd floor was not completely cleaned (the garbage wasn't emptied and there were used towels in the bathroom sink). We were reassigned another room […] on the 11th floor. While the room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was so cramped you had to contort your body underneath the sink to actually sit on the toilet. One word: PERFECT! Nothing to pick out about this beautiful hotel from the price, service, location and facilities it was fantastic. We had several friends and family stay nearby for NYE and for what we paid in comparison to them and in some cases the same rate, the Hilton left everyone speechless.

We were in the city for the night, and were thrilled to find a clean, updated spot on Central Park West for such an amazing price! Hotels offered 10% off and our total for a king room was remarkable. Fantastic location

Our stay at the Comfort Inn Central Park West was short but we will definitely come back. It is very conveniently located in the 70's and less than a block to the subway. Yes as others have noted the rooms are tiny but this is NY, you are only going to sleep there. Clean, comfortable and with an excellent breakfast.

The room was very small, but was expected considering its location. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Due to the October snowstorm, we decided to come back early after dinner and rent a movie, but the movie selection was horrible. Quite a reasonable hotel for the price. I can reiterate others' responses in saying that whilst the included breakfast is great (waffle iron in particular!), you'll be fighting for a table or sharing with other guests if you come down between 8 and 9 am. Despite the room's appearance being disappointingly drab and old fashioned, the bathroom was clean and bright, the hotel service was good as was the breakfast, and the location was ideal for us - on Central park, served by two subway stations, and in a comfortable residential area. Close to downtown, but out of it. We enjoyed it.

The hotel is well located to Central Park, museums and subway but we walked to Time Square and Empire State. Great breakfast provided and restaurants around the corner. Safe Area. good price for a great location, just across the street from Central Park. the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a queen room, very comfortable...no noise at night at all, just normal hotel noise of doors opening and closing from adoining rooms in the morning.

It's hard to find a nicer location in New York. This hotel is an easy walk to the subway, right next to Central Park, on a quiet and safe street...the location is just excellent. The hotel felt dirty and it could have been clean. It was so outdated, though, that broken titles and stains could have been mistaken for dirt. It needs remodeling in a major […] way. Rooms were tiny, but so is most of New York so no big deal. I'd stay again if the staff were a little nicer but they were miserable. They were knocking at the door to clean by 8 am but yet you can't do an "early" check-in until 3 pm. What's with that? Every room takes 7 hours to clean? In all the staff were not friendly or flexible at all. Oh - one more thing! The pipes! The bathroom pipes clang at all hours and are loud! Very loud. It kept us awake. We wanted to stay near Central Park and this place was perfect. The room was clean and the staff was great, they even checked us in early! Be prepared, it is a tall and skinny hotel. It was nice to have breakfast as part of the package, the only negative was, there was no where to sit.

This hotel is in a wonderful location, just 1/2 block off Central Park. Our room was not cleaned on the first night, although the front desk did have someone deliver fresh towels to our room when we reported it. Cable TV was not working well, and bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen at a hotel. Continental breakfast was very nice and included eggs, […] bacon and waffles. I can't say enough good things about this hotel's staff -- so helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was much better than I anticipated with the exception that the AC didn't work and so it was tough to sleep since it was about 90 outside. Great location, too -- easy access to west side subway. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting NYC
