"Great place to stay for a night"
While the neighborhood is a little industrial, this was a great place to stay for a night. The room and hotel were extremely clean. The gym was a bit beat up but the machines worked so I can't complain too much. I would stay there again if I was passing through town.

Minutes away from airport, quiet, very clean and helpful desk clerk. No problems at all.
The hotel isa litte off thebeaten path of the airport. There was some traffic noise, not from planes but trucks on the highway. The room was clean, breakfast good. My only complaint would be the bed was too hard.
The room i had booked had a light got out in the bathroom when i was in the shower-so i got out of the shower to call front desk . They came and told me it was fixed so i got back in the shower to have the same thing hap again! this time i asked for a new room at which time they told me they had none available! I was NOT happy!!! When they realized […] they couldnt fix the light all of a sudden they had another room available!!! But this room was not what I had reserved-was less than what I had booked my original room for>>>and they wouldnt reimburse me the difference! NOT HAPPY with service whatsoever! Leia mais

Easy to find. Nothing to see but not a bad hotel for a night. Clean and quiet. Very low water pressure.

Thank you for a nice stay. The room was clean and the breakfast was appreciated. Two suggestions: the shower head needs more force and you should put air freshner cans in the bathrooms. Thanks again

"Steamtown marathon"
Things were good from the start. At check in I told my wife that I was going to go back to get the pack-n-play for our baby to sleep in. The clerk heard that and told us a crib had already been set up for us. That was great preparation on their part and a nice surprise for us. All I had done was checked that we had a child that was 0-1 yrs when I booked […] the hotel. The next surprise was to have goodie bags with bagels, cream cheese, peanut butter and bananas, as well as brewed coffee at 4:30 AM set out for all the people running the Steamtown Marathon. "Wilkes-barre Holiday Inn Express"
We stayed here for the Steamtown Marathon. We are accustomed to luxury hotels and were worried about staying in a 3-star (don't make fun of us.) But this place was great! Everything was clean- no bedbugs and nice down comforters:) Front desk manager was very helpful and they opened their breakfast bar way early for the marathoners! Highly recommend […] this place. "What a Pit!"
The room was filthy and smelled strongly of smoke. The desk chair was held together by duct tape on the side and there were stains on the carpeting and the chair in the corner of the room. Horrible and cheap. Not worth the money at all.

The hotel was fine. The first room was a little musty but we were happily moved to a second room with a newer A/C unit.

Friendliest staff we encountered on recent 8-day trip that included 6 hotels. Close to airport but not noisy. Very clean & comfortable. Nothing within walking distance, other than one restaurant.

Our stay here was fine. The hotel, although a bit old, was really not bad at all. The rooms we reserved were clean. The free breakfast in the morning was really quite adequate and the service was friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel was clean as a whistle! The bathroom in our room was spotless. A+ for Holiday Inn Express! The manager on duty that evening was friendly and helpful. We'll stay there again!

"Great hotel"
My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel and highly recommend it to our friends. The room was clean and had good amenities and it is located just a few seconds from the airport. Costumer service was exceptional and friendly.

"Great Hotel, Not So Happy With Shuttle Service"
I've stayed at this hotel many times, the appearance and cleanliness are wonderful. The only disappointment I had was the shuttle service. I had a party approx. 3 miles away but they did not travel that far, only to the airport. I ended up having to get a cab and was extremely late for the party I was attending. This was extremely disappointing for […] me since that was the main reason for my stay, I would not have to drive my car. If looking to stay just at hotel it is great and worth every cent. Leia mais
"Outstanding Hotel"
The hotel was really clean. my family and I really enjoyed our stay. when we asked for directions to local attractions we were provided with them. the workers were very nice. If i go back to PA. I would stay there again.
