O hotel está muito bem localizado.... Utilizei o cofre, o serviço de concierge e sempre fui bem atendida pelos funcionários. Na reserva do meu quarto adquiri café da manhã para 2 pessoas porém, o café é a-la-carte e portanto, mais demorado do que um self-service. Sugestão: não comprar café da manhã do hotel e ir comer na padaria Au Bon Pain no caminho do hotel para a estação de trem (comunicação interna por dentro dos prédios). É mais barato e tem uma maior variedade de produtos.

Ótima localização para compras e gourmet, quarto confortável, hotel de estilo clássico e com bom restaurante, ambiente seguro e familiar no hotel e redonzedas.

Amigos, O hotel é excelente, ele possui um preço acessível e fica muito bem localizado, sendo ao lado da Michigan Avenue, que é a principal rua de Chicago. Fiquei uma semana no hotel e adorei, os atendentes são prestativos e tudo funciona perfeitamente. Vale muito a pena ficar nesse hotel.

O único problema do quarto em que ficamos foi um insistente barulho à noite de um motor de ar condicionado. My husband and I love everything about this place! Close to Michigan Avenue and walking distance to great restaurants and attractions! The hotel itself has a very nice restaurant as well and a great lounge with excellent staff!

"Nice place, friendly staff"
This place was clean, friendly, and close to many attractions. The one problem I had in my room was finding an outlet that would work. The bathroom outlet was the one!

I was looking for upscale at a bargin price, this is it! Great service from the valet to the concierge. Though if I had a bunch of kids looking for a large pool this may not be a good fit.

"Wyndham-Downtown Chicago"
This was a very pleasant property, conveniently located for attendance at a McCormack Expo and for doing sightseeing and getting around town. All services were first rate, and we were delighted with the help that Denise at the concierge desk gave us. A great place to use as a base in a great city.

The hotel had some wear, but overall it was a wonderful stay. The location was great! We were in walking distance of a lot of things. We will defiantly stay again.
This hotel was located in a prime spot. Took 8 kids for my daughter's 16th birthday - she wanted to stay downtown! Staff was very nice and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the size of the pool....way too small for 8 15 and 16 year olds! Otherwise, great hotel and good deal!

"Very hard bed, very noisy pool, very good location"
Location is very nice; one block east of Michigan Ave Crate and Barrel store and Corner Bakery, Easy walk to Watertower Place. The room was OK, but small. The bed was so hard we woke up in pain several times. The TV was not great. The pool is totally unsuitable for adult relaxation, at least on weekends, but OK for noisy children's play. You have to […] walk through a smelly fitness room into the locker room to get to the pool. Every 5 minutes the gate from the locker room slams. We called for towels, but they brought so few they were gone before I got to the table. The hot tub is immediately next to the pool, and the deck is so narrow that 2 people can't walk by each other. There is no escape from the splashing and the noise. We did not hear any sirens from the nearby hospital. The location and the price of this hotel were good, but we were disappointed otherwise. Have stayed in Chicago several times but this was our first stay at this hotel. We were made feel right at home at reception when we arrived the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was large, bright, clean and comfortable. We did worry about the hospital next door but have to say we heard very little and had a peaceful sleep every night. Pro: fast room service; lots of counter space, mirrors and lights for ease of getting ready; location convenient to shopping & dining. Cons: Room and bathroom were outdated; walls were thin (could hear neighbors and doors slamming); curtains did not close all the way (for those who need it to be dark to sleep); "late" checkout was only 12:30 pm; valet […] was ridiculously overpriced; no robes in closet; no full size hairdryer in bathroom. Although the hotel was very conveniently located to Michigan Avenue and many of the main attractions in town, I was very disappointed in the condition of the room. The beds were full size and dated. "Overpriced for the experience, Beware the parking!"
It's not mentioned in any of the information but to park at this hotel there is only Valet parking and it is $52 a day. Ridiculous! The hotel itself is mediocre, the rooms feel dated and cramped. "Pretty nice room in great location"
My room was fine and clean. But I had gotten in late and all I wanted to do was get room service and watch a movie in my night gown and go to sleep. Instead my tv didn't work and the service guy, who was very nice, ended up spending like a half hour in my room and things still didnt work and finally after probably an hour and a half of waiting and watching […] family guy reruns he called to say they were having problems with their service and I couldn't watch a movie. We have stayed at this hotel three other times because it has great rates, it's one block from Michigan Ave and the hotel in clean. I am big on things being clean and they maintain the hotel very well. The only bad thing is that you have to pay for internet.

"So close to Magnificent Mile"
We had an excellent stay here. Of note, the concierge service was top notch. We were given excellent restaurant recommendations, bus routes, etc. The beds were also quite comfortable. The proximity to Michigan Ave shopping and Northwestern Medical Center make it ideal.

We always enjoy staying at the Wyndham. It is conveniently located one block off of Michigan Avenue. The staff are always very friendly and very accommodating. Our room was nice and clean. Can't think of any negative at all! We will absolutely stay here again!

We stay at this hotel everytime we come to downtown Chicago because it is so close to all we love. We are in walking distance to the Lake, museums, shopping and food. The hotel was nice but I will never stay there or any where downtown again. The parking problem is crazy. I travel a lot and I'm familiar with many cities but Chicago's parking is outrageous. My son in law couldn't park any where for less than $35 to to $55, there no metered parking any where near. next time outside downtown. Hotel was clean and staff […] was friendly. Service overall was good. We had a lot of stuff randomly lying around our room. First day cleaning staff took the time to clean it, but the days thereafter they merely did our beds and took out trash, refilled toiletries. We were in the Chicago area and needed a place to stay suddenly. It was later at night and we called Hotels.com and the rep was very helpful. I told him around the location of where I was and told him the max I could spend on a room. He found a nice hotel, with parking around the area and somewhere that I could get to quickly and easily. Having stayed […] at the Wyndham before, I knew where to go and what to expect. What I didn't expect was for them to be so helpful at 10:00 at night. I had a sleeping 3yr old and the valet came out and helped me get my bags out and took them inside for me while I parked in the garage. The front desk was very quiet since my son was still asleep and asked if I needed any assistance or help. Easy check-in, wonderful attitudes. The bell hop took my bags all the way up to my room and even helped me take them in, since I had my arms full. He didn't even wait around for a tip, since he didn't want me to rustle through my purse. I have had nothing but great service at this hotel and will always look to stay with them first. Leia mais

The Wyndham is a fine hotel, located near the Miracle Mile. It's comfortable, and close to many attractions. I got a very good daily rate, which made it even more of a good deal.
