The hotel was nicer than most, and the room appointments were good too. But any hotel that is still using mattresses with metal springs/rails and has an abundance of Wifi/4G/5G microwave signals in the building, especially at sleeping hours, is doing an extreme dis-service to the guests. I was shocked by the mattress most of the night, often enough, not constantly, but enough to not be able to sleep soundly, which is quite expensive to have compromised so easily. Doesn't anyone realize that metal attenuates microwave signals? And spiral vertical bed springs redirect the signal upwards into the body? It's called bed cancer, and you guys are delivering. Why is this not obvious to you hotel experts? So I am very unsatisfied with the poor sleep quality so far. It seems very few hotels have learned to not make this mistake. It would have been a wonderful stay if not for this. I slept better on the tiny couch because it didn't shock so often. It doesn't take much shock while sleeping to disturb sound sleeping if you didn't know already. I am here for surgery, so rest is very important, and this sticking point is hurting my well being.
