It wasn't the worst hotel, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
The breakfast was good and was probably the highlight of our stay. However, we paid extra for an upgraded upper-level corner room and were initially assigned a room in the middle of the hallway. After returning from dinner, we found the hotel was uncomfortably warm, and the air conditioning in our room wasn't working.
The front desk moved us to a corner room, but the A/C there wasn't working properly either until we figured out it had to be turned on using the wall vent instead of the thermostat. Once it was running, it was extremely loud, but we didn't want to go through the hassle of moving rooms a second time.
It also took several phone calls to the front desk to sort everything out, and even that was frustrating because the room phone wouldn't connect to the front desk without dialing a special code that wasn't explained.
Overall, while the staff did try to accommodate us, there were too many issues for the price we paid. I wouldn't recommend this hotel or stay here again.
