Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Bristol - Bristol

The hotel was very nice, clean, attractive, quiet, but the all the food at their breakfast buffet was practically cold.

Overall a good place for the money.

As a business professional I usually am fine with a clean room - hot shower, etc. This experience was without any doubt the worst experience I have ever had! First off, my arrival. the sole hostess on duty - basically offers me the wait a minute sign with her finger because she seemed to be engaged in a conversation with her boyfriend - on her personal […] mobile! finally, she attends to me. offers a room under some type of construction - but OK. first glance over not so fine - no pictures on the wall. No large mirror or any mirror except in thew toilet area! Finally, the hostess does not proceed to explain to me that the WATER is shut off becuase of the city doing work? I call down at 1:00am - water will be back on at 3:00am. Fine. 6:30am - water still off. Call front desk - "my manager' suggested the water will be back on by 8:30am! Completely unacceptable!!!!! I have an extremely important interview that I am in town for! I must dry shave - do my hair - etc. No one offered anything off the bill, etc. I usually stay at Hiltons, or marriotts, rest assured, I will never deviate from those again! Leia mais

Did not live up to the Holiday Inn name. Bathroom tiles were moldy, room service food was terrible, temperature in room was impossible to regulate either too hot or too cold. The location was the only thing that made me happy...

The free coffee available in the lobby and breakfast areas was excellent! The lobby itself was grand - the rooms were very nice and wireless internet worked very well. Shower water pressure was very good. Bedding was attractive but the bed itself was not comfortable. To me, this is the most important aspect of the hotel especially when on business. […] Lots of traveling and working all day - I really need to get a good's night sleep to keep up the crazy pace. Nice Hotel room for the price paid location outta the way of things but is very nice!!!

While staying in the hotel our room was not cleaned properly we had lip prints all over the tv and earring left on the floor which I steped on, and several other things that needed to be wiped down. We had a menu in our room for the Hotel Restaraunt so we looked at it choose what we wanted for breakfast and were glad to see they served Coke. We get […] down to the restaraunt they only had pepsi and a buffet no menus. We paid 11 for our buffet and 2 for a glass of OJ which had something in one of them. The buffet had eggs, biscuts, gravy, bacon, sausage, a little fruit, bagels, danish, yogurt, and a few different cereals. Which is not a lot when you are paying that much. We could have went to Golden Corral, Shoneys, IHop or any where else got a lot more for the same price or less. We were greatly disappointed in breakfast, and the fact that when we told them our room needed to be cleaned better they blew it off. We do not plan on staying there again Leia mais
