se for somente para dormir, recomendo. Limpeza boa, mas instalaões velhas, cheiro de mofo.

Gostei do Hotel, apesar do meu quarto não ter frigobar (não sei se não tem em nenhum, mas no meu não tinha). O quarto é grande, com 2 camas de casal, mas imagino que 4 pessoas ali dentro deve ficar meio complicado. A localização é boa, com várias lojas importantes por perto, como Best Buy, Wallmart, Walgreens, Mc Donalds, Subway, etc. Como é bem central, […] fica a uma distância razoável dos principais shoppings. para quem vai as compras esta otimo.esta entre os pontos mais procurados de compras. e a 10 min do aeroporto so fica a desejar no atendimento ja estive hospedado 2 vezes e em nenhuma delas fui bem atendido.

Se for só pra dormir um dia, ok, mas não dá pra fiocar mais que isso. O quarto é limpinho, apesar do ar condicionado estar cheirando mal... O cheiro de cigarro no corredor é evidente. Merecia um cuidado de hotelaria melhor... Cafe da manhã muito zuado...

A única coisa boa em relação ao hotel é a sua excelente localização. Há um Wal-Mart, uma Best Buy, uma Macy's e vários lugares maravilhosos para comer ao redor. Sem contar que é muito tranquilo, comparado com a correria do centro de Miami.

O Hotel esta dividido em 3 blocos. Deveriamos ter ficado no bloco 2, onde tem a cama KING (como solicitado), no entanto o acesso é um pouco isolado e o elevador estava quebrado e nosso quarto estava no 3 andar. Porém, prontamente nos mudaram para o bloco 1, más com duas camas de casal ao inves de uma cama KING. Pedimos tambem o quarto para não fumante […] porém ainda havia cheiro de cigarro. Mas o quarto era para não fumante, isso se deve talvez ao fato do piso ser coberto por carpete e, a limpeza do carpete não estavam como o esperado. Fica um pouco distante, em relacao aos demais hoteis proximos do aeroporto, contudo em sua proximidade tem de tudo, ficaria novamente excelente.

It looked like there were incomplete renovations in our room. There were repairs in the bathroom in which the paint was a different color, however the bathroom fixtures looked relatively new. The location is a quick drive from the airport. Not a bad stay.

This hotel is about a 20-30 minutes shuttle ride from the airport but close to shopping and resteraunts. It is well maintained and staff was cordial. It is a little dated but clean. Even though it is right next to the expressway, the noise level was very low. We would consider this location again when traveling through MIA.

I booked with this Ramada, because it had a pool and a hot tub. I was looking at other options which only had pools, so I was excited to find this one online! What I was not told was that the pool and hot tub were under construction, and were available at all for use! I was very disappointed! The hotel was not able to do anything about it either as […] I had booked with hotels.com and not with them. Didn't get the type of room we pre-paid for, had to stay in different building, the lobby of that building must be where everyone goes to smoke!...no WiFi in room...tv remote control went bad, got a new one...door access card stopped working, got a new one...breakfast was stone cold first day, not so bad the next 2 days, gave up the 4th day and skipped […] it altogether, in-room coffee was good...pool was being dug up and replaced or new pool, couldn't tell. all good buy pool in renovayion and we were not told. One family was there with two small kids going to the pool. They were disappointed to find out the pool was closed.

I stayed at this hotel a few times before, but this one was very disappointing. the initial room we were given had no space heater, and the temperature was unbearably cold. The response from the attendant after midnight was cold and discouraging. He was not at all considerable, nor conscious of the fact that another room would suffice. After respectfully […] demanding assistance, he granted me another room in another building and sought to provide no assistance in transferring to another room. Third visit to this hotel ,very efficient shuttle sevice to various shopping areas such as wallmart. Shuttle sevice to cruise ship terminal and airport was also excellent

Beds are awful. Condition of the hotel was bad.

We got to Hotel about 6 PM the rooom we got was a handicap room we did not need a handicap room. Bathroom large but only a small sink which was falling from wall. One of the nite table lamps not pluged in because cord short after 1hr maint got extention cord . In the am went in to use bathroom and had only hot water, even toilet full of hot water. We booked 3 nights to stay there but it's very uncomfortable to stay so we stayed there only 2 days and stayed 1 night in another hotel. I wouldn't recommend any one to stay there.

Liked that it was just off highway and not a long drive from the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Booked it online and found rate to be reasonable. Had plenty of room in to work and relax. Liked that it had a restaurant/lounge; was able to have breaskfast in it one morning. That was convenient. Building appeared older, and some things looked […] like they needed attention, and got feel that in its heyday it was quite something. Although I stay frequently at this hotel, I would be reluctant to recommend it to others as the quality of the service is VERY inconsistent. On more than 2 accasions I have been there and am placed in a room at the back of the premises where the promised/advertised services are non existent. No wi-fi, no safe, no refrigerator, no micro-wave (in the […] room as advertised) There was no attendant nor security presence in that building. There were other persons there who were also dissatisfied but hug it up. I was prepared to raise hell, and they saw that so I was relocated to a room on the main building where all the promised services existed. We were there only for one night, but it was comfortable, clean and definately central for our business in the area. Close by to the Airport. Staff helpful and friendly. Would stay there again and recommend to others who would be there for the same reasons as mine. Affordable as well. AH

The elevator near our room was out the whole trip. The pool had been drained. The ice machine did not work. The hallway had large areas with chipped paint and the carpets were filthy. Even though we were in a non-smoking room, the second night the hallway near are room was filled with a strong smell of marijuana. There were people out in the hallways […] using the outlets and talking on the cell phones. Our bathroom door did not close properly, had to be kick on the bottom to close completely. In the middle of our stay both our electronic hotel keys stopped working. We did not receive any explanation other than the cards are old.Maybe before the hotel went into renovation mode and went into total disarray it might have been two and a half stars, not now. The hotel has been improving its standards recently. The physical infrastructure is being upgraded but needs further repairs to the pool and the carpeting . The quality of the service provided by the staff is friendly and very good.

One of the worst ever hotel i had been to. Rooms are not at all clean, Blankets are worst, Room are with dirty smell, Worst Reception, Not clean etc..

This hotel is ideally located with quick access to major highways and Mia international Airport. The shuttle service is reliable and staff are friendly and helpful. The access to major retailers and shopping is within 500 metres as well as access to restaurants ;drugstores ,hardware retailers and banking.This is truly a one stop location with minimal […] chances of getting lost and loosing time to find your way around. Would not stay there again. I killed a cockroach and the comforter was dirty. Service was moderate but out of the 4 staff i dealt with only 1 was pleasant and knew anything.

the overall appearance of the hotel is poor. the facility is run down....and obvious. there is a building A and B....we were given a room in B....internet service there non existent....could not hook up. when asked if a room available in A we were told there was renovation on floor 3 and 4....but the next day floor 3 was miraculously open. staff overall […] very nice and helpful. My stay was horrible. No working ice machines in the building. Repairs were being done at all times of the day. The carpet was wet and smelly. There were roaches inside the room.

It was my worst nightmare ever. It was The worst nightmare ever. It was anyone's worst nightmare EVER. They didn't block the room I purchased(bought, paid for, not just "booked" you know) and gave it to someone else so when I got there, my wife and I got a double-bed room instead of the single-bed room we purchased. Then when they changed our room the […] next day we got our stuff to the new room and went out and when we came back someone else had entered our room while we were absent and messed-up the place and put thrash on the ground,threw the pillows around on the bed, oh man, it was just like a horror movie, and when we told the hotel's desk about it they just couldn't care less. I decided to spend Spring break in Miami at a last minute decision, so Ramada Inn was one of the few hotels that had available rooms. I believe I paid a lot of money for the quality of hotel that I received. The hotel offers breakfast and an additional cost, free parking, old style television and run down reception. The hotel is fine. The building is obviously not the newest, and it's not particularly "nice," but you're staying in hialeah. what do you expect? There's nothing wrong with it, and I was happy to pay that little to stay in/near Miami. Only problem was that our keys kept getting "de-magnatized," according to the staff. Yeah…magstripe cards don't work […] like that. There's something wrong with their control system. This hotel is definitely at the lower budget end of the market. Very old & dated, with sticky carpets and old decor which has been painted over the cracks.

The room was ready when we checked in, the lobby was neat and clean.. but honestly we would not stay their again... once you check in and start your journed to your room... it looks like a different world. The halways reak of cigarrete smoke, the carpets are so filthy and dirty, I am amost sure there are fleas there, if not fleas bed bugs for sure. […] I had bites all over my legs from what ever they were, could not wait to get out of there Leia mais

One word describes my entire experience from this online service to my stay in the hotel-by the way, I felt so uncomfortable that I chose to stay somewhere else and lose my money-that one word is: TERRIBLE

The elevator was broken and the water pipes screamed all night.

Noisy, well worn and not so good. Of the 4 motels we stayed at in Florida, this would be the lowest rated.

staff was friendly. hotel is a little old, but I wasn't looking for a grand hotel. many shops and restaurants near the hotel. the hotel is about 7 or 8 miles north of the MIA airport. I will stay there again, if their room rate stay competitive.
