This hotel was wonderful. It's right off the freeway so it's convenient to hop on when you're going somewhere. (We went to Universal Studios) It's also walking distance from Disneyland. If you don't feel like walking, there is a shuttle that you can pay for, it's a nominal fee. Only downside to this hotel that I don't remember seeing when I booked the hotel is you have to pay for parking. You pay for self parking, or a couple dollars more they will valet it for you. Other than that, the room was clean, the lobby was very nice, and the staff was courteous and helpful.

My wife, son (11) and I were very pleased with this hotel! It is located less than 1/2 a mile from Disneyland Park and is a safe and easy walk. You will have a great view of the nightly Disneyland fireworks without having to battle the crowd. Because we had a dog with us we had to stay in one of the "Pet Friendly" rooms which are located on the ground floor at the back of the hotel. These rooms have concrete floors with only a throw rug but are still very comfortable. The amenities were very nice. The pool area is 4-star quality with Spa. Both pool and spa are open 24hrs which is really nice. The area is lined with palm trees and lounge seating. We did not eat at the hotel but the restraunts looked very clean and nice. The hotel staff was very curtious and the property was very clean and well kept. I would definately stay here again with my family and would highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I have had our eye on this hotel for a while, but to avoid parking at Disneyland, we always stayed at the Tropicana Inn (which is located directly across from Disneyland Resort). Though the Tropicana Inn is nice and conveniently located, the experience we had at Hotel Menage was exceptional. We stayed in their Deluxe King room which, for the most part, was very spacious. The bathroom was rather small, but suffice--the shower/tub was a decent size. The bed was very comfortable and had a very nice appearance. The best part about the room was the HD 42" Plasma TV by LG. We experimented and found that the AV inputs work ;). There were a couple of fixtures that were slightly loose, but nothing to fret over, in my opinion. We arrived on a Friday night, but Disneyland was full to capacity so we did not go to the park that night. However, we sat in the hot tub near the Mist Pool Bar and enjoyed our drinks for a while as we waited for the 9:25 PM showing of the Disneyland fireworks. The view was absolutely amazing! I have been to Disneyland many times and seen fireworks shows of all kinds, but seeing the fireworks from the pool area of Hotel Menage was the best sight of fireworks ever! We were even able to see the tiny spark of the firework as it worked its way up to explode. Though, loud, it was by far one of the most spectacular sightings I've seen. Not to mention, the circular, lounging-type chair was extremely comfortable and perfect to fit a few close friends or snuggle up next to a loved one. Located off to the right of the lobby is the hotel's restaurant/room service K' ya Restaurant. They were featuring this "Street Fair" menu which listed several different locations throughout the world and some of the foods you would see if you were walking through the streets of that particular city. The food was delicious. The food was served Tapas style but was very reasonably priced. I tried the Hibachi Salmon (Tokyo), French Dip Sandwich (Paris), "Loco Moco

Very trendy look and feel in the lobby. The food is very good at the K'ya restaurant. They offer a happy hour, and the menu offers lots of different cultural themed tapas style food. It is conveniently located off of the 5 with a bird's eye view of the Disney fireworks. The rooms have an outside entrance however; a re-modeled Holiday Inn. Other than that, it is a great find.

The Menagae rooms are nice. The lobby is great. But its a hotel with guest access outdoors. Combine that with the location on the corner of Ball and Harbor and you get tons of road noise. Either near the freeway, Ball or Harbor! Their is no escape. If you stay here, bring ear plugs.

The hotel Menage is an excellent value for the price of the stay. The Menage is within walking distance of Disneyland, Downtown Disney, and several restaurants in the area. The only downside during my stay was, that the Menage charges $10 for overnight parking, or $12 for Valet service. This can be a problem for any friends that may want to stop by during your stay.

If you like the Modern looking Hotel, this is it. It's a steal, Hotel Menage is a newer, updated, and much nicer hotel compared to others in front of Disneyland on Harbor Blvd. Hotel Menage has a nice pool area with a bar. A nice restaurant, along with a lounge. They have a Washer and Dryer on every level. They also have the option of Room service. The parking is gated, and is 12 dollars a day. You can get Valet parking for 2 dollars more. They also offer shuttle service to Disneyland. We were very pleased with Hotel Menage.

If Hyatt Westlake Village and Avila Village Inn are rated 3.5 stars, this hotel should only be rated 2.5 stars at best. It is only somewhat better than Comfort Inn at best, given the condition, maintenance and appearance of the hotel. On the other hand, customer service is good. Hotel parking should be free for guests but it charges $10/day for self parking. With a $4 all-day shuttle to and from Disneyland (a total of $14/day), I would have rather booked myself in a better hotel further away and paid a lot less in terms of hotel rate since Self-Parking at Disneyland also cost $14 whole day.

our stay at hotel menage was great!i would not consider it to be a family hotel..more of a party hotel..there is a tiki bar beside the pool open until 1am and the pool itself is open 24 hours.there was a wedding the weekend we went so there were people partying all night..fortunately for us,we were up just watching movies all night but if we were to try to sleep it would have been very disturbing.the stay other than that was great..the room and lobby were amazing, very modern and fresh.the surrounding area has a lot of different eateries no more than 10 min. away, and disneyland is within walking distance..another downfall of our stay is $10/night parking!!we were so surprised at that.we booked on hotels.com...saved 30% making the menage within our budget.---hope this review helps:)

The hotel was relatively inexpensive and very close to Disney parks. We were able to walk to the parks in about 15 minutes, saving on parking fees. The pictures make the hotel look nicer than it really is. It's been remodeled recently, but once you're in the room it's clear that it was done on a budget. There was a hole in our wall near the bathroom sink. The TV was nice. Overall, it was a great buy. If you don't care about staying in the most luxurious hotel, this is a great pick. The best advice I got from the hotels.com website reviews was to ask for a quiet room. The pool is open 24 hours and the hotel is near the freeway. We called to confirm our room as we were nearing Anaheim and requested a quiet room away from the freeway and pool and were able to get one. I would highly recommend doing that. There is also a parking fee that I wasn't aware of when we booked the room. It's pretty much the same as the Disney park fee, but they charge overnight whereas Disney charges by the day. You'll pay double in parking if you park overnight at the hotel and during the day at the park.

Room was nothing special and needs to be updated with mini refrigerators. Close to Disney and you can see the fireworks show from hotel. The room is fantastic. It's everything you need to be comfortable, but with great surprises. The best features include the flat screen television, the shower 'wand', the great desk space and chair, and the chic, hip ambiance of the very hotel and it's amenities. The downside to things are not huge compromises: 1. The walk to Disneyland, for instance, takes 12 minutes (timed, twice)and wasn't fun or easy for little ones, especially near the freeway entrance. 2. The bathroom is not within the same caliber as the rest of the room. The tub was peeling and it had a 'mental hospital' vibe. Not a dealbreaker, mind you. 3. The sound of morning traffic, may or may not be an issue. To me, it's white noise, but to others, it was just noise. -- Overall, the hotel and its staff were accommodating and worth the price.

Hotel was shabby chic, with the emphasis on shabby. Bathroom is very small and the shower ceiling was badly patched where it looked like mold was still a problem. The noise level from the highway is extremely loud, do not stay here for R&R. The bedframes stick out too far, and all of us wound up hitting them...Ouch! While the overall look of this hotel was beautiful and the POOL wonderful there were some major flaws. Not much the hotel can do about the location (near the freeway) but when you go outside your room (at least on the 3rd or 4th floor) ALL you can hear is the FREEWAY noise. And it is HORRIBLE! They played music which is nice but WAY too loud and I was SO dissapointed in the room itself. It had a WONDERFUL bed, nice desk and chair, cute couch and was comfortable THAT way, BUT............the walls were old and cracked, bathtub leaked and was OLD, cracks in bathroom, white ucky paint...it RUINED the ambieance of the whole experience.....like putting beautiful new furniture into a condemned house!!!!! It was a pleasant stay and the staff was very nice and courteous. I would say that we got a good price except if the normal prices were generally MORE than in our opinion the room wasn't WORTH more...We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Hesperia a few days before arriving in Anehiem and paid the SAME and the room was BEAUTIFUL, service great and a beautiful INDOOR pool so I guess we have decided to stay at the Holiday Inns from now on. It was nice to be so close to Disneyland but we won't be staying again and I won't be reccommending it to anyone.

This hotel looks great online but in person it doesn't cut it. This is really just a reconditioned Holiday Inn. The service was excellent and the room service food was very good. However, the carpets were dirty. They made my white socks black. The rooms are also very very noisy especially the ones facing the I-5 which mine did. The roar from the highway kept me up at night. I also thought the charge for parking was a bit ridiculous. There are other hotels in the area which do not charge.

Hotel is quite lively upon entering lobby. Valet parking is very convenient but $12 parking is a bit steep. U can self park for $10 but again, even that's steep. Once u leave the lobby and get to the outside where rooms are u begin to see the hotel's age. However, everything appeared to be well maintained & pleasant to the eye. The room is quite pleasing & comfortable and well furnished. My only complaints were the bathroom was nit very well cleaned and even though checkout was at noon, housekeeping started banging on my door at 8am. The desk staff was very mice and accomadaring.
