"Barely Recommended"
The location is easy to get to, the staff is nice, the hotel is clean, but it is in NEED of some renovations. It seems very old with a lot of wear and tear. Breakfast was pretty sparse. OK for one night if your just traveling through and don't want to spend a lot.

The complaint I have is that the beds were to small and I didn't have a choice on a smoking room from the website. The room and the hallway were to hot because the air conditioning wasn't on. The breakfast wasn't any good it would of been better with donuts or something like that instead of someone trying to cook it.
"A good place to stay when passing through town"
Our family enjoyed our over-night stay at this hotel. It is an older hotel, but you can tell that they have been upgrading the important parts of the hotel rooms. The breakfast was nice as my girls enjoyed the waffle maker. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable.
"Off the Interstate"
Most hotels in Bristol are right on the interstate and the road noise is awful. What were they thinking? This hotel is conveniently located, but is away from the traffic noise. Wifi, microwave and fridge were nice features. Hotel was quiet and clean. I'll stay here again if I have to come to Bristol.

"Bristol VA Comfort Inn"
The room was a little better then expected. Did have a musty smell, which we could stand. The one thing that really bother me was bugs in the bed on the floor and wall. We killed them and cleaned them up but did find deads one one bath floor and beside bed.Staff at front desk was helpful. Was easy getting to race track

This hotel has all the basic needs for travel including a minifrig and microwave. The room was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. A continental breakfast was available including boiled eggs, waffles, fruit, bread/ pastries coffee and juice.

"No complaints"
Just traveling through for a quick night stop. Check-in staff did their job, but not overly friendly. Rooms and hotel was ok, no complaints. I don't really have anything to brag on either. Just an average place to stay.

Hotel in convenient. Staff was friendly. Clean. Average facilities for the kind of Hotel. Staff cordial, helpful.

I arrived late at night, the desk clerk was great, concerned about me parking in back, and walking so gave me a convenient room to front entrance and a place to park close to front entrance. Really appreciated that as a woman traveling alone. The room was great, comfortable bed and clean - that was all I needed as I arrived late and left early next […] morning. Leia mais

Good hotel, a little overpriced for what you get. Nothing wrong with hotel, good service, cleanliness, continental breakfast. Did have problems with the wireless internet.
