Comfort Suites Maingate Resort - Kissimmee 28.34324, -81.6007

Great price and super close to attractions. What a Deal!!!

The hotel was set a little bit back from 192 which made it a little more quiet. The rooms were clean. However, the AC had to run all night (below the window) and it was something I was not used to and it kept me up. The breakfast that was included was average. The hotel staff were very nice. Compared to the first hotel that we booked and had to leave because of bad location - this hotel was a big step up. Pool looked nice. Hotel is a little pricey.

The Room of a guest on the same floor we were staying was broken when he was out and that made us a bit worried. The Pooside bartender had to read recipe before preparing the drink we ordered.

I was very pleased with this hotel. I was expecting four walls a bed, TV, and bathroom. Instead the room was big, split into a living room area and a bedroom area. It had a refrigerator and microwave, nice big bed (althought the pillows felt like plastic). The bathroom was split in two, a bathroom area and shower area. The shower area was humongous and handicap accessable, although it could use a soap dish and a bit of a touch up. Overall this was a pretty nice hotel and very cheap since I got it a month in advanced. Disney was no more than five minutes away. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

This was our first stay here, and it went as smooth as I expected it to. It was clean, its was peaceful, it was safe, and it had wi-fi, which was important to me. If I had to complain about any one thing it would be the size, its comfortable, but for a suite, its to small. Its like any other average room but with a tiny retainer wall and pull out couch with TV, and that made it a suite. Not so much a suite as an added 8 foot space perhaps. But for the price and overall comfort, really it is what it is, and I would go back anytime I stay off Disney property. And until Disney realizes that paying for internet services in ONLY the most expensive resorts is unacceptable I will continue to stay in nice places like this.

My Son and I have stayed at this Comfort Suites twice this year and have found it to be perfect for us. It's convenient to restaurants,the parks and shopping. The Hotel itself has all the amenities we need including the Pool. The rooms are spacious and fairly clean, could use a little extra TLC but on the whole for the price a great value. We already plan our next trip in April and will be staying here again.

Well positioned in proximity to theme parks, local eateries. Loved having the pool open so late. Great free breakfast with variety from day to day. Housekeeping was immaculate! Room was spacious. In-room amenities: fridge, microwave, safe.

The hotel it self was pretty good. Really clean and a great close location to Disney. The shuttle service was great and the free breakfast was also great. The only complaint I had was we were in a handicap room and I wasn't crazy about the shower it was like the ones you have at camp. I did inquire about switching rooms and the lady at the front desk seemed like she wasn't going to help us out whatsoever. First she said they had no more pool view available I told her that was fine. Then she told me that all the rooms had the same kind of bathroom which I found very hard to believe.

It was neat and clean and had a good breakfast buffet, and it was close to Animal Kingdom (where I wanted to go), but it had nothing going on in the area, so I had to drive to International Drive to do anything fun or shop or eat somehwere other than Friday's. I would recommend that someone visiting Animal Kingdom for just one day stay in a hotel on Int'l Drive and then drive to the park instead of having to drive to go out after the park closes.

This hotel actually turned out to be a nice diamond in the rough. Its a lot cheaper than most hotels in the disney world area. It was clean and had enough amenities for the amount of time our family actually spent in the room and at the hotel. There was a fridge and microwave so we could have our own snacks and drinks waiting for us after we got done spending a day at the parks. The beds were pretty comfortable and the linens and pillows were better than most at the price range. The room we had had two queen beds and a pull out sofa, so the room felt a little crowded, but we made do since we weren't in Orlando to stay in a hotel room. The big complaint we had was the pool did not seem to be as clean as the rest of the hotel, especially the kiddie pool, but we only swam once and just kept our kids in the main pool. There also was a free breakfast that included the usually stuff cereal, donuts, orange juice plus you could make your own waffles and there was hot breakfast sandwiches. We make at least once trip a year to Orlando/Walt Disney World and have stayed at the very expensive to the very scary and I would say that this is a great deal if you just need a clean place to stay for sleeping and don't plan on spending that much time at your hotel. Its not too far from Walt Disney(they have shuttle service; we used our car) and there are lots of dining options close by and a grocery store.

Wonderful! Clean, spacious room with wonderful service! Will definitely be back!

Enjoyed the stay - it was very clean, very comfortable and the continental breakfast was the best ever!
