O hotel Legacy Vacation Resort é muito bem localizado, facilutando o acesso para todos os parques, outlets e Malls. Bem próximo ao hotel tem um Wall Mart, uma Wall Greens e uma Publix. O serviço de limpeza é pago a parte, como se estivéssemos em uma casa. O apartamento que ficamos era o "Tree BedRoom", com uma suíte (cama King e banheiro com hidromassagem), um 2º quarto com duas camas queen, um terceiro quarto com um sofá cama para casal, uma sala ampla que também tinha um sofá cama, máquina de lavar roupa e secar e uma cozinha muito bem equipada, com diversos utensilios, Microondas, Lavalouça, Fogão elétrico com forno, geladeira ampla, duas cubas com água quente e fria. Tivemos problema em relação a limpeza, pois no check-in nos foi dito que como iríamos ficar 15 noites tinhamos direito a dois dias de limpeza geral gratuita, mas ao marcarmos o primeiro dia, tivemos que ir por 3 vezes a recepção do hotel, pois por duas vezes a pessoa não apareceu para limpar o quarto, somente depois de irmos uma terceira vez a recepção é que conseguimos que limpassem o quarto. Quando nós fomos marcar a segunda limpeza, nos foi dito que seria cobrada, pois nos disseram que o funcionário havia nos infromado errado, que só tínhamos direito a 1 dia de limpeza gratuita e não 2, como havia sido informado. Isto não nos afetou em nada, pois fazíamos a limpeza dos quartos e a retirada do lixo, mas vale deixar registrado que não cumpriram com o que foi falado no check-in, além do que os funcionários da recepção são um pouco atrapalhados.

Adoramos o hotel.. na verdade somos fãs da rede Best Western.. Esse fica na Universal Blvd.. próximo a International Dr.. aos parques da Universal... o preço é muito bom.. O s quartos tem wi-fi, microondas, frigobar e cofre.. tem estacionamento de cortesia.. Sá não tem café da manhã.. mas no próprio hotel tem restaurante e lanchonete e o Ponderosa fica a 2 minutos.. Os funcionários são de uma gentileza sem igual.. Vá sem medo... Recomendamos!!!

O hotel é bom, porem o estacionamento deveria ser gratis para os hospedes. O hotel é grande demais, e alguns quartos ficam localizados bem longe dos elevadores. O quarto tinha frigobar, porem eu nao podia usar com minhas coisas, seria necessario alugar um a parte.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn Suites Maingate in September and was pleased overall with our stay. Pros - Size of bathroom, size of room, politeness of staff and maintenance crew, hot breakfast and great pool area. We had one small issue with our tub stopper not staying up when showering therefore never draining. Upon calling the front desk, they immediately […] sent someone up to repair it. The only main issue that we had were some rather loud slamming of doors during the night jarring me awake. Not the hotel's fault, just some guests with bad manners. The tv remote didn't work and when they couldn't fix it they replaced the whole tv. Very nice and friendly.
The T.V. kept flashing on and off without notice. Then when it finally came on for good it had a lot of static on every channel. Other than that the hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were big and they have a wonderful free breakfast
"this hotel is in decline"
I visited in January 2011, three years after first visiting in 2008. The hotel has declined in quality. 2.5 stars is fair for this hotel. Good points: Good breakfast, nice pool, clean pillows, clean towels, fair price, friendly breakfast & front desk staff. Bad points: Substandard ventilation in bathroom, leading to mold on door (the presence of which […] shows poor cleaning as well). Stains on carpet. Poor job cleaning bathroom prior to check-in & afterwards; particularly poor job making beds (sloppy/lumpy/rushed). More attention to cleaning and maintenance would be helpful. In 2008, I would have given this hotel 3.5 stars easy. Now its a weak 2.5, but tolerable. "Great location - would visit again"
Staff and hotel location was fantastic. Everyone very friendly and close to attractions, shopping and food. Shuttle service friendly and prompt. Only complaint was noise from surrounding rooms - particularly when showers or toilets flushed. Small item as we were dead tired at end of day and used this as wake up call - LOL - Would stay again.

This hotel was very comfortable. Room was very clean, did not cause me to break out in a rash like the hotel from the night before. You will have a nice supply of clean towels, plenty of hot water. "Nice place to stay"
It's located close to the Animal Kingdom and other parks...it's a good place to stay a couple of days with a nice structure, but don't expect a good breakfest at all...it's worth your money...
While this hotel is beautifully located and the pool and grounds are lovely, our room was not acceptable. The toilet did not work when we arrived. Instead of relocating us to another room, they insisted on "fixing" it. The maintenance person got it flushing again, but the told us the "trick" to keeping it working. Very close to attractions!!! Was middle ground for family. Loved the pool and especially the hot tub!!! Friendly staff made it even better.

"Comfort Suite Main gates"
This has been our favorite hotel and we have stayed there 3 of the last 4 years we have traveled to Orlando. They have a great Breakfast and a wide selection of food. However, out of all the time we have stayed there this time was the worse. Our bathroom was dirty when we checked in, and our air conditioner unit was leaking water on the carpet which […] made it obviously west and musky smell. "Quiet location/Noisy AC"
The hotel was set a little bit back from 192 which made it a little more quiet. The rooms were clean. However, the AC had to run all night (below the window) and it was something I was not used to and it kept me up. The breakfast that was included was average. The hotel staff were very nice.
