o hotel é muito limpo,os quartos são confortaveis.O pessoal é simpático. O que deveria melhorar: o cafe da manha os frigobares dos quartos( estarem abastecidos) o serviço de bar e quarto durante a noite.

O hotel não é luxuoso, mas não fica devendo em qualidade. O custo da estadia é razoavel e a localização é excelente!

Otima localizacao, tem o hall muito bonito, atendimento bom, os corredores sao muito frio por excesso de ar condicionado, os quartos sao grandes, porem com carpetes e as janelas nao abrem perfeitamente sao antigas. O cafe da manha nao esta incluido e o atendimento do cafe da manha nao muito bom. Servico de valet muito bom, e recepcao tambem.

Eu e meu esposo adoramos este hotel, a recepção é ótima, falam espanhol e ficamos no 11º andar de fundos frente com o canal do mar c/ uma paisagem deslumbrante, muito interessante ver a ponte abrir para dar passagem às lanchas c/ sinaleira q. soa baixinho e não os incomoda. O apto em que ficamos era arejado, acochegante, silencioso, c/ terraço, tamanho bom p/ um casal, a cama e colchão ótimo, os armários, louças, cafeteira, talheres, microondas, frigobar, mesa pequena, cadeiras, sofá, ar cond. etc; tudo conservados e limpo. Tem tábua para passar roupa, ferro, local para guardar as malas, banheira pequena em perfeito estado, banheiro bom, limpo, sem cheiro de mofo e não tem cofre, mas coloquei cadeado nas malas. O chão é com carperte e não restauraram as manchas de óleo queimado que os hóspedes imundos derrubaram na frente do frigobar. Não utilizei a piscina, pois só dormia no hotel q. fica dois quarteirões da praia. Mesmo que tenha pago toda a estadia pela internet, paga-se ainda uma taxa de 15 dolares por dia quando você chega, mas, voltaria hospedar neste hotel, mesmo não sendo 5 estrelas como conheço muito bem. Very friendly staff but room smelt like cigarette smoke and there was quite a bit of road noise.

A few notes, as compared to other others sourrounding (Homestead, Extended Stay Deluxe or Candlewood hotels) of similar price range: Advantages include location at a price of approx. $30 below other hotels. Drawbacks, which may weigh more than just price, includes 1) roomage just about 75% size of other hotels. This is really tight. 2) check in […] time posted on website at 2:00 p.m., not accurate. It's 3:00 p.m. as like many other hotels. 3) A small Refrig. is available with minor added charge of $3/day. 4) The room I stayed got the sink clogged (and I had to use a bowl to contain waste water). 5) Note that when you are way from the room, say going to the beach, The door can be open from outside, by breaking the glass wall right at the door knob, unlatch the door latch from outside, turn the knob and open the door. "Only one thing bugs me."
This Quality Inn is coveniently located, clean, and generally in good condition, but the room had bugs. They were small and only in the bathroom area. I informed management several times but they seemed unable to eliminate the problem. The beds were comfortable and the rooms appear as in the photos. "Quality Inn - South Kendall"
Although Quality Inns are generally good, this hotel was not up to the mark. The room was old, the carpet was thin, the sink had a crack, the toilet did not flush well. The service at the hotel also was not great. The internet didn't work, and when we asked them to fix it, they gave us a technical customer support number to call and figure out! the […] last thing you want to do during a vacation, is get stuck talking to customer support on the phone. "quality inn"
the hotel was OK, we came on christmas day, there was nothing to do and the front desk didn't help so much. the bed was very small and not comfortable. the location is great, 5-10 miles from the zoo. there is a supermarket a walking distance,
"Disappointed"
We stayed in quite a few hotels this trip. Chose this hotel because of its good rating but found it to be worse than others we stayed in which were rated lower in all aspects except for its location. The bathroom door could not be closed. Our baby's clothes got black from crawling on their carpet!!! The night front desk people were friendly..but the […] breakfast lady was not. It was a quick overnight stay. Very convenient, great restaurants in the area, the staff was very nice. I will definitely come back!

"Quality Inn, Coconut Grove (Miami) Florida"
It was very easy to find. Very convenient. Pet friendly. Easy access to shopping malls and restaurants. The staff was very pleasant. Less than 10 miles from Calle Ocho in Little Havana. Close to the Miami Zoo. I recommend this facility to anyone.

rooms are grate , clean , very nice place . breakfast was very good . each bed has 4 small pillows , and i am used to a bigger size so was a little uncomfortable for me but i find the right position after all . location was good , but for us that we gong to the homestead Miami speedway for NASCAR Races was a little far , but was the closest available […] at this time . i will go again if i do not get something close to the track next year Leia mais

"Clean and great value for money"
After a dreadful stay at the Best Western in Key West, for which we paid the same as this hotel, we were quite worried about the state of the Quality Inn. The smiles started to appear on our faces however as we entered reception and were given a lovely welcome (in fact, all front desk staff we dealt with were incredibly friendly), and continued as we […] saw the room. While small, it is clean and well-maintained. The bathroom is tiny and very basic (but again very clean) but the room itself is actually quite nice-looking. We asked for a fridge ($3) at check-in, which was installed before we had even reached the room. Certainly don't stay here for the view, but the location is handy for the airport, The Falls and Dadeland malls and, hurrah, a big Publix literally next door. Free wifi in the room; Internet usage in the lobby is against a fee, but you can print out your online boarding passes (all airlines) for free. Leia mais
"Good but far."
I stayed at this location only for a day and it was really good, the guy told me that south Miami was in a 40 minute distance from there, but the hotel has everything around, market, food, a pool. It's really great, and the staff is amazing.
"Convenient to job location down the street"
The hotel was fine and many places to shop and eat near by. The only complaint I have is that I booked it through hotels.com. I paid on-line and when I got there the clerk asked for my credit card. I gave him the card I'd used to book and conf. on-line and he said I used a different card. I said well go ahead and use that one because that is the one […] I meant to use. I didn't have my laptop in the lobby so I couldn't doeble check this. Anyway, I ended up getting double billed. They billed me on the very same card I'd used to book th room on-line, so I had used the same card. I still don't get how this happened, but they say they are taking care of it. Leia mais
