This was a great hotel!! The breakfast was fabulous!! My only issue was the parking. The parking garage is behind the hotel. And it could easily be a five to seven minute walk to the hotel depending on which spots are available.

The Service was amazing. We had a sick child and they bent over backwards to help. We ended up staying an extra night and feel rejuvenated now after the holidays. The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel itself was very clean and seemed to be recently remodeled. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this Embassy Suites based on the price and prior experience. Embassy Suites had always been an excellent place to go when traveling for work and this one had all the amenities we wanted with the location we needed. Unfortunately, the fountain in the atrium was shut off, the windows in the bedroom were leaking - there was a musty smell that permeated the entire hotel. Our first room had not been vacuumed but the second one seemed clean. They have opted for the "cheap TV station" choices so don't expect HGTV or Disney for the kids. The TV is not HD even tho the TVs are very nice. All in all, if they would just make some changes - it would be fine. I hope they do because the staff was SO NICE!!!!!!

The hotel is well located on the outskirts of Atlanta near a large shopping mall. Easy access to Interstates. A relatively quick drive downtown. Well maintained property. Fair weekend rate. I'll go back the next time I have a weekend in Atlanta.

This hotel was beautiful! loved the rooms and the breakfast buffet. There were plenty of shopping around and I felt very safe. The only thing I didnt like was that when I got home they had charged my something called an authorize charge of two $30.00 and $20.00. Lucky I had it in my account and it didnt make anything bounce. No one tell me about this.

Overall it was okay but I didn't remember how well you can hear everything in the hotel, every door shutting and kids running around the floor. Great free parking, managers reception and breakfast but make sure to get the made to order (the buffet bar left a lot to be desired regarding taste). Our room was clean but the drainage in the tub was very, very slow we had to call for maintanece to unclog the drain. And why can't the cleaning crew spray or wipe down the tile for mildew? It wasn't gross but still it's an easy way to keep the tile clean especially when there is no fan in the bathroom.

This hotel was beautiful! Prefect for a single mom and children. Was worried about goin to atlanta but felt very safe. Close to lots of shopping. Not that many places to eat that wasnt costly. The breakfast was great only thing was the omelet line was too long to wait for. easy to get on and off Hwy. Will stay there again.

My husband and I have stayed at this same Embassy Suites many times and we looked forward to having yet another relaxing "in-town" vacation. The problem was the fact that we requested a non-smoking room, but it was obvious that it had previously been designated as smoking-allowed. The stench of old smoke ruined what could have been another above-average experience in an above-average hotel.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites Perimeter. My hotel room was amazing and the bed felt incredible!! I would definately recommend this hotel because you will be getting way more than what you paid for the room.

Very clean, very comfortable and excellent staff. Long way from the airport and Atlanta City Centre so be prepared for a hefty taxi fare.

It was the best hotel experience i have ever had. The only thing we could even complain about was the rush hour traffic, but everything you want to see and do is within a 10 mile radius so it still wasn't that bad and within three miles they would shuttle you where you needed to go so that takes care of that. The rooms were up to par and the breakfast was hot not a long wait . you almost didnt want to leave the hotel. Its got me looking for an Embassy Suite the next time i travel. I enjoyed my Anniversary! Oh yeah the staff was very caring and went out of their way to help me suprise my wife for our anniversary!

I like this Hotel chain. Generally it's a great value, but this particular hotel was loud and I didn't like dealing with the crowds at the free breakfast. The atrium is loud and with two young children, the noise at 11pm was too much for them to sleep.

I slept on the sofabed since this outing was a sleep-over for my daughter's birthday. It wasn't comfortable at all. But I guess they aren't suppose to be. The hotel was beautiful, conveniently located to a very nice mall, and nice resturants.

This hotel is in a great location. Very close to good restaurants and lots of shops. Easy access off and on highway.

Very clean, room was neat and spacious. You will find shopping centers, restaurants, malls around the hotel, but at the same time the hotel is quiet and not as close at any mayor highway. Breakfast is very good, not a buffet but has more than regular hotel free breakfast. If I need to go again to Atlanta, I will go to this hotel.

This was my first stay at an Embassy Suites facility. A wonderful experience ... clean ... convenient ... superb service ... staff had very good attitude.

the hotel was very well run - very clean and in a great part of Atlanta. We had everything we wanted basically within walking distance of the hotel. The staff were very friendly. The made-to-order breakfast and manager's reception added to the value of the deal.

The hotel is clean, free breakfast and happy hour. Nice lobby and great location!

breakfast over at 9am ! We are on Vacation ! Who wants to get up that early for breakfast !? Mattressess were very old and uncomfortable ! Never resolved the issue with the remote that wouldn't work in our bedroom suite ! The lady was more worried about her social life when I checked out than to hear about my concerns !

Hotel was great. As always you can count on Embassy Suites for a great night stay in a great room. The beds were the best i've slept on in a long time. Good Job Emabssy. I'll be back to your hotel very soon.

I stayed here for two nights with my 13yr old son for spring break. It was a beautiful hotel. The plus to the hotel is the free parking and breakfast. The eggs were awful but the french toast was really good. The only down side was the area didn't really have any family friendly restaurants. I think the only family style restaurant was Applebees which we aren't really fans of. But other than that I loved my stay.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was always helpful. The breakfast was very good the only thing was they did not have enough plates or silverware on saturday morning.

Stay Sunday untill Wednesday morning, then the kids show up. Monday night the hotel was full of bussiness people, by 9pm the atrium is a ghost town, not a sound. Toward weeks end, kids can be heard echoing throughout. this hotel smells so clean, the floors are spotless. Even the windows are fingerprint free. well done!

Overall experience was very good. Front desk staff and shuttle driver very helpful and pleasant. Bartender at manager's reception was great. Breakfast staff/cooks have a long way to go to improve on "southern hospitality". They did cook to order but were not friendly at all.

10-15 minutes from downtown. Walk to Perimeter Center Mall and the surrounding shops and restaurants. Very nice neighborhood surroundings. Pleasant and professional staff. Clean rooms, common areas, pool and gym. Typical great breakfast. Bring goggles if you are going in the pool (salt/chlorine is strong). Convenient FREE parking!

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were very large and comfortable. They had a nice size pool and hot tub. The breakfast was disappointing as I thought it would be a buffet and not a plate of food served to you. There had been a party in my room before we arrived and they still had silly string left hanging on the curtains and plants. Overall the rest of the hotel was nice and in a very good location. There is plenty of restarants and shopping within walking.

The location for our family was ideal but the service could have been better. We were not greeted "warmly" by the registration clerk at the front desk and the room was not the cleanest compared to other hotels we've stayed in. The morning buffet was good but it would've been nice if it would stay open an hour later during the week. As it was, the hotel staff from the kitchen was very accommodating, cooking some pancakes for my children.

This wasn't our first stay with Embassy Suites. It won't be the last either. The Perimeter ES is a beautiful, well kept, clean hotel. The rooms are standard for ES and the staff was wonderful. Great location in the Dunwoody area of Atlanta.

the only issue I had was, when we checked into the hotel our bathroom had not been cleaned. The previous tenant used bath towels were still in the bathroom. They did send an attendant to clean the bathroom but he did not sanitize the bathroom, he only replaced the old towels with new ones and replenished the amenities.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. The staff was very hospitable and courteous. Enjoyed the free cocktails and breakfast. I will definitly come back again.

Have stayed at this Embassy numerous times over the last 15-20 yrs. Always a pleasure, always meets or exceeds my high expectations. Bravo!

The overall stay was definitely a great one. I rented the room for a mommy getaway for the weekend. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. I also enjoyed the managers special, and the breakfast was delicious. The omelette station had a long line but moved pretty quickly. The only thing I can complain about is the fact that i didnt have clean glasses.

booked a smoking room and did not get it. breakfast sucked. toilet flapper was messed up. battries in tv remote was dead.

Very up-to-date decor and nice hotel! The comfort of the beds is SO nice. In a really nice area, convenient for walking to mall, restaurants and stores. Breakfast is nice enough - although they ran out of several things, including forks. Excellent place for the money! Nice indoor pool - very clean.

My wife and I were celebrating our eighth anniversary. The staff, especially Pat and Rhea, made our stay truly memorable. I had checked in that afternoon to put flowers in the room. That evening, the front desk helped me with the subterfuge by acting like we were just checking in and presenting her with balloons that THEY had purchased, making a big deal of our anniversary. Please recognize Pat, Rhea and the front desk personnel of Saturday, 03/13/2009!

This was the first time my fiance and I have ever stayed at an Embassy Suites, and I must say we were very impressed. Evertything from the decorum to the two room suite to the free full breakfast and managers reception were awesome. The hotel was in a great location close to a very nice mall and also public transportation. Also nice restaurants such as the Cheesecake Factory, PF Changs and some other places. We even walked down the street to a Total Wine. Traffic getting to and from downtown was not terrible but you cannot be a timid driver. Overall my visit was great, but it all started with a great hotel. I will more than likely stay here again!!!!!

Very easy to find and use as a base

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. My sister and I were traveling with our 4 preschool age kids and were thrilled at the size of the suite, overall cleanliness of the rooms, and the comfort of the beds. The hotel had new carpeting, and a very modern, updated feel to everything. The breakfast was great and by our third day, the ladies at the counter would see the kids coming and make fresh pancakes and bacon for them. We also enjoyed the heated pool! My only complaint was the inconsistent service from the staff. It seems the employees were either exceptional or barely peaking at mediocre, but I feel it balanced out in the end and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I made the reservation with my better half's guidance to an event she and her best friend had planned for weekend in Atlanta. On our way to check-in, past the cancellation time frame, we noticed this Embassy Suites locations was approx. 10-15 miles (40 minutes) away from our event. Calling the hotel and truthfully explaining our situtation, Embassy Suites refused to refund our room for the night. However, the couple we were meeting there, still past the cancellation time frame, informed Embassy Suites that a family emergency had risen and they will not be able to make it. This of course was a lie, but Embassy Suites happily cancelled their room. While I do appreciate Embassy Suites being considerate of family emergencies, I don't appreciate the fact I would have to lie to get out of an honest mistake on my part. They wouldn't even transfer us to a partner hotel closer to our event location. We ended up paying for 2 reservations that weekend. So, if you need to cancel a reservation past the cancellation period, AND you are willing to forgo your morals for a momemt...here is the way to do it.
