"Hotel moderno, tudo bem novo. Ótima cama com acionamento elétrico, bem perto do metro e bom café da manhã. Bem completo. Me incomodou um pouco no meu check in que inicia às 15h, porém chegamos um pouco antes, por volta das 12h e normalmente nos hoteis, quando o quarto já está disponível, permitem entrar um pouco mais cedo. No Yotel permitiram entrar mais cedo, porém cobraram 20 Libras por isso."

"Overall, I had a very good experience at the hotel. The staff were excellent—always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well located, close to tourist attractions and the Underground. The breakfast was also very good and definitely worth it. The gym is pleasant, and the 25-meter swimming pool is a great facility. My only disappointment was the use of the pool. As a swimmer, I often choose hotels based on whether they have a suitable pool for training, and this was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Unfortunately, despite having designated lanes, including a fast lane, it was almost impossible to swim properly, as children often played in the lanes and the fast lane was frequently used by very slow swimmers. I understand this is more about how guests use the pool than the hotel itself, but better organization of the lanes could make a big difference for guests who want to swim for exercise. Apart from this, I had a very positive stay and would recommend the hotel."
