Terra Nera lies on bustling Rue des Fossés Saint-Jacques in Paris’ Latin Quarter. It’s a very short walk from Emily’s apartment and instantly recognisable with its dark red façade. This is Gabriel’s restaurant in the Netflix series, and whilst the interior is different from the one shown in the show, the exterior is the same.
In the daytime, you’ll see tourists snapping photos of the restaurant, as well as locals dining al fresco whilst watching the world go by. In the evening, this Italian restaurant has a cosy, bistro vibe and it’s popular for its fantastic menu, with great vegetarian options. Place de Valois appears in the very first episode of ‘Emily in Paris’. Emily is waiting to get into her office building and the elegant backdrop is this beautiful square in the heart of Paris’ 1st arrondissement, close to the Musée du Louvre. Her office is located above Galerie Patrick Fourtin and you’ll see eager fans taking pictures of this contemporary art gallery during the day.

The Jardin du Palais Royal is a picturesque park featured in the first season of ‘Emily in Paris’. The beautifully landscaped grounds of this former royal palace are a favourite spot for locals. You’ll see them strolling through this haven of peace, admiring the wonderful sculptures and inhaling the fragrance of the roses, or sitting on a bench reading.

Designed by the French architect, Jacques Ignace Hittorff, it’s a magnificent station, known for its sculptural displays and modern neoclassical style.
