"The room is well located for those who plan to visit the Taj Mahal. The accommodations are good for the hotel’s category, and the staff are extremely kind. We were very well treated and had a great welcome from the beginning. The only inconvenience happened at the end of our stay. Due to a lack of procedure, the hotel did not check whether we had returned the room key at checkout. We left calmly, and while we were already on the street heading to catch our bus to another city, we were informed that the key could not be found. It is important to note that we entered the room at check-in and left directly at checkout, with no moment in which it would have been possible for us to lose the key outside the hotel. Despite this, it was a small issue compared to the overall positive experience. We paid for a new lock and everything was resolved, but we assure that the key is in the room and suggest that they check again to avoid this expense. I recommend the accommodation, with just one tip: hand the key directly to the receptionist at checkout 😂"

"Quarto igual às fotos. Rooftop com jantar a noite e show de fantoches muito divertido com Prakesh. Rua muito limpa que tem o Taj Mahal no final dela. Você chega ao Taj em 15 minutos de caminhada. "

"O hotel é simplesmente excelente. Os quartos são muito confortáveis e o banheiro é amplo e de ótima qualidade. O café da manhã é delicioso, com uma variedade de opções tanto da culinária indiana quanto continental. A localização também é um grande destaque: a região ao redor é muito agradável, com várias opções de restaurantes e lojas, e o Taj Mahal fica a apenas cerca de 10 minutos a pé. A equipe do hotel é excepcional, sempre muito atenciosa e prestativa. Além disso, o hotel oferece serviço de transfer a partir da estação de trem e até preparou um café da manhã para levarmos, já que o nosso próximo trem partia muito cedo. Uma experiência realmente excelente. The hotel is simply excellent. The rooms are very comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious and of great quality. Breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of both Indian and continental options. The location is another highlight: the surrounding area is very pleasant, with plenty of restaurants and shops, and the Taj Mahal is only about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel staff is outstanding — always very attentive and helpful. In addition, the hotel provides transfer service from the train station and even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us since our next train departed very early. A truly excellent experience."
