"The hotel facilities are good, place is clean and safe. I had a really bad experience mainly with front desk people both in checkin and checkout.
When I arrived, after a long flight the men in front desk made a lot of difficulties to release the room because I had no visa. The situation is, that I do not need a visa due the type of passport I have. I showed the Indian embassy webpage, but they were not able to understand and cooperate. I even showed the customs stamp on my passport showing I regularly entry the country. They simple did not want to understand.
They refuse to release the room, but charged my debit
card. After long discussion I could check-in. They void the charge in my card, but until now the amount does not appear in my balance.
On checkout there was more confusion related to billing.
There was a wedding at the hotel, so it was noisy, the sound isolation is not so good. You can hear the musicthe voices on corridor.
Summarizing, do not intend to return to this place they seems not to know what they are doing there."
