"Hotel fica a menos de 2 minutos da estação Saint Georges e a 5 min da Notre Dame de Laurette.
A localização é excelente, perto do Pigale ( Monmartre e Muro do Eu te amo), perto da Galeria Lagayette, Opera Garnier .
Quarto pequeno, mas atendeu bem a necessidade. Rua tranquila , região bem segura , voltamos várias noites de madrugada a pé sem problemas.
Diversos restaurantes, bares e boulangeires por perto, que ajudam a controlar os gastos.
Cama boa, banho bom ( ducha ) e travesseiros ótimos.
Ponto de atenção , poucas tomadas no quarto . Isso dificulta pra carregar muitos dispositivos eletrônicos ao mesmo tempo.
Super recomendo e ficaria novamente sem problemas"

The internal communication is terrible!
At the entrance, they asked me for a security deposit that was supposed to be returned at check-out. However, it wasn't returned because the receptionist on duty said he didn't know where the money was and that he would do it later by bank transfer.
This happened on May 18th, and today is June 8th, and nothing has been resolved.
I've already spoken with an employee named Stephanie, who said several times that the amount would be returned, but it never was.
And today, another employee named Clotilde sent me an email saying that the amount was deposited into the account, but she didn't attach any proof of payment.
Completely amateurish!!!
The situation generated so much stress that it ruined any positive experience I had at the place. Therefore, I do not recommend it!!!"

"I had an excellent experience at Faubourg Galant and truly loved my stay. The hotel is very welcoming, well organized, and clearly focused on delivering a great guest experience.
The highlight was the staff. Everyone was kind and attentive, and João made a real difference. He speaks Portuguese, which helped a lot, and he handled an issue with my room reservation flawlessly. He solved everything quickly, with genuine care, kindness, and attention to detail.
The breakfast is also delicious, with great quality and a very pleasant way to start the day.
This level of service really elevates the experience. I felt welcomed, respected, and well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again."
"We stayed in room 003 and it was noisy till 3 am. Walls are thin and guests are of the worst kind. Breakfast was poor in many ways: instant coffee only, horrible bread + cheese and that was pretty much it. Staff was vey kind and helpful though."
