La Dimora di Poppea

No hot water to take a bath, no fridge in room, no kitchen to use as a b&b should. Key was so difficult to enter the apartment I was stuck outside for 1 hour and owners not very responsive to busy being on vacation to acknowledge their guests. Early check out at 10 am no exception

The place was good. The host was extremely friendly. We appreciated everything he did for us and appreciated that he was willing to make us feel comfortable during our stay. The location of the hotel/apartment is within walking distance to the mail and site seeing. The apartment itself is great. My wife and I stayed in a room with our 2 year old son and felt comfortable. Obviously, we didn't spend much time here but we felt comfortable when we were there. The only odd thing was that the apartment is a sort of Bed & Breakfast type, so it is possible to share with someone else who is booking. The odd part is that if this were the case, our bathroom was on the opposite side of the apartment, so we would've had to walk past their room to get to it. Luckily, we had the apartment to ourselves, but just something to thing of. Other than that, the host and grounds keeper were amazing, friendly, and super helpful. I'd recommend for an affordable stay.

The place was more of a b&b than a hotel. A continental breakfast was provided and Mt. Vesuvius could be seen from the shared balcony. It was just a short walk to the city center and the entrance to the Pompeii site.
