Holiday Inn Express and Suites Houston Westchase - Westheimer

It was nice, but short. Only small complaint is the water wasn’t hot. It was warm, but not cold.

The staff was kind, the room was great, the breakfast was subpar.....disappointing and certainly not as anticipated

Hotel was nice, we ended up in an accessable room so it was huge, comfortable enough. I specifically chose this place for breakfast, they are free which is great, especially when we're on a time constraint, and they always advertise pancakes. Back to why I specifically chose this place, the pancakes, we were sick of the other continental breakfasts of cereal and the occasional waffle. (Cross country road trip) anyways, the sucky part was the pancake machine was broken. Okay I can eat oatmeal, there was no oatmeal. Okay I'll try to sausage, nope, the food was awful and dried up, not fresh. Well maybe cereal? Nope again, the cereal was raisin Bran, granola and one other really bland type. I happen to like raisin Bran, but I have stomach issues when milk is too heavy so I have to drink fat free... And there was no fat free. I ate half a bagel. I was so so so disappointed with breakfast that it pretty much ruined my experience there, regardless of how big the room was. If something is down, at least have options! I felt like we had no options here.

Fantastic room. Comfortable, spacious, clean! Awesome shower. Staff struggled to communicate my late checkout request with housekeeping, but it didn’t cause any problems. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was outstanding. The exterior is so contemporary and sleek. Parking is great and accessible. The room was fantastic, shower was modern and clean, and stylish. Staff was efficient and professional. This will be my go-to hotel when I go to Houston.
