Lovely Prague Apartments

Great value for money. The apartment is spacy, with all amenities. Great communication before arrival, perfect location, close to everything. The street is little bit noisy early in the morning, if you leave the window open.

Nice location and nice receptionist.

We had an excellent stay at lovely Prague apartments! We chose the apartment because of the location and price. We thought the apartment matched all description and pictures provided on hotels.com and it exceeded our expectations as far as decor, comfort and cleanliness. We thought the rooms were very large, bright and cheerful. The beds and sheets were very nice and comfy. We had zero complaints as far as the apartment goes. The only minor setback we had was finding the check in location but that was mostly because we saw a hotel check in sign and assumed it was for lovely Prague apartments. We just needed to go a little further down the street. The people at the other check in we're also nice and stated that many people get confused finding the check-in so maybe some different signage from the street would be helpful. We parked at the Palladium mall and it was an easy walk to the check in location and apartment (even with bags and baby in tow)

Very clean. Central location that is near to most attractions.

Cleaners were in everyday, when we checked in the receptionist gave us a map and marked all the landmarks and even told us about small markets and supermarkets for are shopping. Let’s us keep our suitcases there after we checked out so we didn’t have to carry them around the city. Amazing would stay here again and will be recommending to my friends.

The Lovely Prague Apartments are very well located for a walking visit to Old Town Prague. I walked for nearly 20 miles in the four days I was there. The one bedroom apartment I was in had been redecorated and is quite comfortable. But, there were several problems that should have been dealt with: 1) there was a microwave, but no receptacle to plug into except a counter right next to the sink, plus there were no instructions for where to find the start button; 2) there was no lighting over the sink or in the corner where the cabinets were; 3) the lighting in rest of the apartment was fairly dim; 4) there was no dishwasher soap or paper towels. Because my plan was to only eat breakfast there, I ignored most of these problems. However, someone who is renting the apartment with the intention to cook in it, be aware of these deficiencies.

Service, while mostly completed, was often done slowly or incompletely for several items that needed tending to. The hotel was very generous at the end of our stay by crediting us 10% of the bill. The issues were: Washing machine door was broken, light above the stove was broken, did not wash our clothes properly and left them smelling of mildew, kitchen had no cooking utensils other than knives, there were broken knobs that controlled the stove, shower door silicon strips that were falling off, wi-fi was often slow and a couple of other things. I will say that the technician and reception staff did try to accommodate us with the problems as much as they could, but in the end, the apartment should have been of a higher quality to begin with.

Check-in location was confusing to find. But the apartment and location was excellent.

Great large serviced apartment. Awesome location with less than 10 min walk to main square. It's on a quieter street away from all the crazy parties. apartment is modern and has all the utensils provided along with basic toiletries. Cleaned daily. The beds are great - this was the best quality sleep we got on our entire trip to Europe.
