Very noisy. Windows not double glazed which is needed. Otherwise brilliant for a short stay

Staff very friendly. Apartment had everything we needed, however bedrooms were very small (no room for luggage). Rooms facing the street (01 and 02) are quite noisy.

From when we arrived Saturday night at 12.00am the staff were helpful and brilliant. During our 5 night stay they had been very helpful and were very accomodating. Great location handy to train, tram and tourist attractions.

Friendly staff, rooms were very nice and clean, great location for everything! Everything was walking distance. City tram was just in front of hotel. From airport, you can take the airport shuttle bus but it's stop at Southern cross station and need to walk about 10-15min. If you have big luggage, I recommend you to take taxi or uber! It's just one thing we didn't like this room was shower/bath room. There was no door for shower so, after we had shower, bathroom was so wet and hard to use toilet. Also, face washing vase was very tiny and not appropriate position so, again, the bathroom floor was so wet after we use. However, everything else were perfect and we would like to stay again when we go to Melbourne!
