Not great

Nice location but the advertised amenities are meager. No tea and coffee maker. Just a jug and teabags/instant coffee. Kitchen has inadequate cookware, no utensils to speak of. One small frypan one saucepan. You certainly couldn’t cook a meal or even breakfast. Breakfast provided was just ok. Hot water? Well there wasn’t any. Longing for a hot shower or a soak in the bath? Forget it. Bottled water? You get one small bottle per person per day. Although they did have a filtered water dispenser. Staff friendly but the place needs a refurb.

Highly recommend the Villa. The staff were friendly and villa clean. I really enjoyed the privacy that the villa gives. Its very peaceful and quiet. It is only a 5minute walk from the shops and a lot of restaurants and bars. The only thing I can advise is that if you want to use the massage service in your room, book in advance because the therapist is not always available. I heard she had decided to take work outside if the villa when I wanted to have a massage done. Besides that all ways exellent and I would definitely stay there again

Nice property, however staff seemed very uninterested most of the time, no staff on reception when we arrived, no welcome drink (as advertised). No assistance with luggage from room when we left, even though 4 staff were at reception watching me bringing my own luggage via several trips.

The villa itself was lovely and clean. The inclusive one-way transportation from the airport went smoothly and check-in was super easy. The location is great: far enough from the main roads of Seminyak to allow for quiet nights. The breakfast got a bit tiresome after a few days, but there are plenty of good breakfast places within walking distance. We booked transportation for the return to the airport the night before at the front desk for 250,000 and paid cash. My advice: always get a receipt when buying anything in Bali, especially when paying with cash. The hotel driver questioned us upon arrival at the airport as to whether we had paid or not and wanted to see a receipt, which we didn’t have. After telling him to call the villa himself and tipping him 50,000, he shut up. Unfortunately, this left a bad impression of the villa and its management. I can imagine other tourists may have panicked and paid again which is an unfortunate way to leave Bali.

Friendly staff and goid privacy

It was great location to go beach side or shopping area and staff was friendly and its villa and we wants to have our own privacy and this place was best for that. I will recommend to my other friends thank you for your hosting and hope to visit here again.
