Please do not go to this Motel; When I went to check-in, the woman at the front desk told me: “We canceled your reservation!” When I asked why they canceled my reservation? She explained to me that they cancel all third party reservations and told me to pay cash. I did not pay cash, but called Hotels.com explaining what was told to me. The agent on the phone did confirm that this location did in fact cancel my reservation. This left me with no room. Therefore, I sat in there parking lot at this location calling to see if there were any rooms available. We found a Hampton Inn and stayed there for the whole weekend. The Hampton Inn was wonderful and when we go back to Lubbock we will stay there and not Motel 6. What Motel 6 staff did at this location was unprofessionally rude. I will no longer stay or even suggest staying at any Motel 6. For the record I was not the only person this location did this too, there were 6 other people they did this too. Again, just completely unprofessional and rude.
