We loved our stay in this little gem, tucked away in an unlikely residential area. Our family room was clean and well air conditioned. The outdoor area was an oasis of greenery and calm after a busy day on Vesuvius or Pompeii, with a lovely little pool, space to relax in the sun or shade, and even a mini farm! The staff were friendly, polite and professional. Highly recommended.
Easy to get to by car. Nice gardens. Great hostess Cristina. Clean room. Quiet at night. Great place to stay & do day trips from.
Such a gem! Staff was super friendly and very accommodating to some specific requests for breakfast. We would highly recommend this property. The surrounding area is a little rough looking, but the property totally makes up for it! Beautiful farm, so relaxing to sit in the garden at night and enjoy the view. BEST breakfast we have had at any hotel in Europe! Great value for money!
Everyone was really nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great! The food was good and the place was very convenient to Pompeii.
Great bed, nice restaurant, well located to visit Pompei old city.
It was perfect for families, the room spacious, staff were brilliant and the food great! It was further from Pompeii town than indicated and the traffic hazardous to walk to the station so best done with a hire car or taxis are easy to arrange. We would return if we visit the area again just make better arrangements for transport.
Hotel was excellent. Nicely decorated and maintained. The pool area and gardens were lovely, picturesque and relaxing. Beautiful views of Vesuvius. Our children loved the pool and the play area. The food in the restaurant was excellent, the chef is talented, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was lovely having breakfast on the terrace every morning. I would have given the hotel full marks but for a couple of small points. There was a couple down the hall from us who had two dogs with them that barked a lot. Everything in the building is tiled, so the noise bounced around the whole building and it was difficult to sleep when they barked at night. I’d suggest a policy of no dogs in that part of the complex. The other point, which is outside the control of the hotel, but I’d have wanted to know beforehand, is that the immediate surrounding area isn’t great. There are no pavements, so walking anywhere was dicing with death against passing cars. There were polluted waterways and rubbish everywhere, including broken glass, so you had to be careful wearing sandals. No decent shops or restaurants nearby. We chose the hotel because on the map it looked like you could walk to ancient Pompeii and the local station (Morgine) easily. The walk wasn’t far, but unpleasant because of the lack of pavements and rubbish. We only walked once, after that we took taxis. If you are planning to stay put, eat only at the hotel, or take taxis anywhere outside, this place is lovely.
The property is so peaceful and beautiful. Convenient location within walking distance from Moragine station on the blue line from Naples to Sorrento. Very hot to walk during the day; only 10 euros to get a taxi to the hotel if need be. Pool was just perfect after a hot, sticky day of travel. The friendly farm animals a huge bonus. Dinner was amazing. Great quality and very reasonably priced. The room was spaceous and spotless with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Great place to recover from jet lag. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat; and would definitely return.
