From the outside, the hotel looks very nice, and the pool area is clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the positive first impression did not continue once we got inside.
The rooms are very basic and sparsely furnished. The shower was so small that it was difficult to move around. In addition, the shower curtain constantly stuck to your body while showering, which was very uncomfortable. After every shower, almost half of the bathroom floor was flooded.
There was no housekeeping service during our stay, and no spare roll of toilet paper was provided.
In addition, the light in our room did not work properly.
Another major downside was the Wi-Fi. It was only available in the outdoor pool area, while there was no signal at all in the hotel rooms.
The breakfast was okay, but I would have appreciated a much wider selection of food.
Communication with the staff was difficult because they did not speak English. Only the hotel owner was able to communicate in English.
Overall, the beautiful exterior and the well-maintained pool create a positive first impression. However, the lack of basic amenities, the absence of Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the language barrier significantly affected our stay.
