Hilton Garden Inn El Paso Airport

Non-pork products or vegeterian sauasage patty would have been greatly appreciated. Service at hotel was very pleasant, service at breakfast/dining was not Hilton quality.

The hotel is nice, looks kinda new, very clean, breakfast was made to order (omelettes, pancakes, waffles, fruit, coffee etc.) Friendly staff. My sibs and i stopped to rest from our long road trip. Cleanliness is what we look for and this hotel met our expectations.

It was not bad, the family had fun and the staff was very Nice. Had a little bit of a problem with the A/C not Blowing cold air but maintenance was sent to our room Right away and was offered to change our room But we don’t want to mess with having to transfer All our stuff.

My wife and I had to come to El Paso for a family funeral. We intended to stay two nights. However, we had to leave a day early due to a family emergency back in Houston. We had to change flights - which was costly - and then depart. We were charged for two nights. The explanation given was "we have a contract with Hotels.com and we have no control over the charges." I called Hotels.com and was told, "the charges are from the hotel and we can't reverse them without the approval from the hotel." I will never use Hotels.com or Expedia again. I am a silver member of Hilton Hotels and I am dropping that as well. There are other hotels.
