This was a SCAM! I purposely booked this place for location of shopping and cafes. However last minute while I was on the plane to Vietnam they texted me and said the apartment I booked was not available due to fire maintenance. They moved me to another building called Lumiere Riverside (district 2) which is 20 minutes away from Sarang Terra Luxstay (district 3). At 12 am midnight when I landed I had to said yes because my kids need a place to rest. The building itself is not bad but the location is way too far from everything else. The apartment they assigned for me is smaller, same as a 2 bedrooms but there is no pull out couch and a queen bed in the second bedroom instead of 2 twins, so my kids had to share the bed. The so call breakfast was from a local eatery place at the bottom of the building that serve drinks. My first day they made us one type of food which was Pho and drinks from the menu. Then the 2nd and 3rd day they claimed the chef was sick so we can’t order food just drinks. Then the pool we wanted to go to the one at the building but they said they don’t have finger print to open it so we had to go to the next building for the pool because they could open that one. What a joke! Don’t ever book this one.
