This property advertises itself as a “Signature 5 bedroom Boutique Villa”, which is completely misleading. What we arrived to were five tiny cabins, nothing close to a villa or boutique experience.
The hygiene was extremely poor — cleanliness standards were unacceptable and made the stay uncomfortable from the moment we arrived.
The service was non-existent. The owner was unresponsive and did not answer calls, and we were provided no proper check-in instructions. After traveling and reaching the destination, we were left confused, stressed, and unsupported.
There was no accountability, no hospitality, and no professionalism. This place relies entirely on false branding and claims that do not match reality.
I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this property. It is overpriced for what it offers and does not deliver even the basic expectations of accommodation, let alone something calling itself “signature” or “boutique.
