The hotel was fine for the most part, basic but met your needs. The balcony had water (sewage?) dripping on it though and you couldn’t open the door to it. ut cannot complain too much for the price!
Hotel is OK but there are some dissapointing bits. When we arrived they could not find our booking for quite a while from Hotels.com. They blamed this on it being a foreign company so this could be an issue in other hotels. When shown to our room the room smelled strongly of smoke and had water on the floor from the air conditioning. The porter then waited an uncomfortable amount of time for a tip which considering the service we had so far we were not willing to give. We were eventually shown to a different room which was as much nicer. You only get 2 complementary waters on arrival and none for additional nights. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner where due to a lack of understanding we only ended up with one main course and had to wait ages for our drinks. On check out they said we could only pay by cash as the card reader was broken even though we then paid half by cash and half be card. Overall we were fairly disappointed in the hotel.
