Our experience at this property was disappointing. We booked this house for two nights expecting to enjoy the amenities advertised, especially the hot tub and the barbecue area.
Upon arrival, the hot tub was not working, and neither was the barbecue grill. Although the hot tub issue was eventually fixed on the last day of our stay, this meant that we were unable to fully enjoy one of the main reasons we chose this property.
In addition, the patio was very dirty and clearly did not appear to be prepared for arriving guests. The first impression was very negative and gave the impression of poor maintenance and lack of attention to detail.
While the inside of the house was organized and generally in acceptable condition, the issues mentioned above significantly affected our experience. It was very frustrating to arrive with certain expectations only to find that several of the property’s key amenities were unavailable or not functioning properly for most of our stay.
We hope these issues will be addressed for future guests, as the property has potential, but our experience fell well below expectations.
