Motel had 1 woman working there period. Her cell number was how you got ahold of her as she changed bed sheets in 40 rooms. Because there was only 1 employee, bed sheets and towels seemed to be the only thing done to the room. We didnt use the shower for sanity reasons. Moldy, scummy, spider webs on hinges and in corners. We called her cell number to check in and waited a long time for her to show up. She gave us 2 card keys, 1 didnt work. The continental breakfast counter was an abandoned counter that hadn't functioned in years. Added on metal conduit electrical outlets running in the lobby area that appeared to be code worthy, just ugly. No ice machine. It appeared to be an abandoned motel that was being brought back to life on a very low budget. Because of this, it was a very quiet place. Only 10 other cars rooming there. The bed and toilet were clean but the rest was scary. The AC worked fine. We slept good, got up, used the toilet and hit the road.
