Golden City Hotel

Very nice 3 star in a bad area of town. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The neighborhood was not nice at all. Even the swingshift manager warned me about the neighborhood after dark. Did not feel comfortable going out at night from the hotel for dinner, drinks, etc.

This was a terrible stay. We requested a double bed and got twin beds. The air con was broken and made a very loud noise, we told the concierge and they said they would send the technician but never did. The air con couldn't be used at night because of the noise and we hardly slept. We complained in the morning but the concierge made no note of this. In general the service was very apathetic.

Room was perfect for one person one single bed as I don’t need much room it was fine no thrills kind of a hotel . Front desk staff was very helpful.

Shower very awkward.

Stayed for one night but it was horrible as one the guest was peeing and shitting himself outside my door on 7th floor at 1 at night.. Told the manager and she said she will not do anything about it as this is not hotel's fault.. Could not sleep the whole night due to smell and feeling of unsecured...
