Quarto bastante amplo, limpeza bem feita, cama super confortável, atendimento da recepção bastante cortez.

Excellent location with everything close by. We have a very comfortable stay for 5 nights.

The property is so outdated that it made me feel that I was back in a 2-star hotel in Bangkok or Hanoi in the 1970s. The apartment’s decor and functionalities such as the bathroom, the shower and tub etc are way below expectation of a modern day 3 or 4 star facility in Melbourne! Very disappointed!

this hotel was in a great location right in the middle of melbourne. we were able to walk almost anywhere we needed to go. the room was clean. however, there was only a double bed and a fold out couch for our daughter, and the fold out couch was so uncomfortable that she folded it back up and slept on the couch. there were also no sheets, blankets, or pillows readily available, and we had to call down to reception to get them. there are no shelves or shower caddies anywhere in the shower, so everything just has to sit on the floor. there was also no ice to be had anywhere in the building...however, the front staff actually ran out and bought some ice for my husband, which i thought was above and beyond in terms of service. it was fine for the one night we stayed, but we would have needed to change rooms for my daughter to sleep if we had stayed more than one night. the gym equipment was very minimal.
