I booked this hotel somewhat last minute for my anniversary weekend. Checking in was very easy—we didn’t have to wait long. Since it was a busy Friday night, we had to park outside and weren’t aware there would be a $65 overnight parking fee. The good part is that you pay once and can come and go as long as you scan your ticket, and there’s a free shuttle service from the parking lot to the hotel.
Our room was simple—just enough for sleeping and showering. The water got very hot, and the lighting was a bit flickery, possibly an electrical issue. The main door let in some light if not pushed fully closed, but the bed was very comfortable and I loved the pillows.
We had breakfast on the 33rd floor, which was a lovely experience. We went early and didn’t have to wait long, and for $100, the view was definitely worth it.
We didn’t use other amenities, and the elevators were a bit slow, especially during busy times. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were kind and welcoming to every guest. I also appreciated the key drop box—such a convenient bonus!
Overall, it was a great experience. A heads-up about the parking situation would have been helpful, and the elevators could be faster, but otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
