Excellent service , very clean , buffet breakfast was lovely too

This our go to hotel when visiting Prague. The rooms are great, very luxurious. The staff is eager to please and very professional. The breakfast in and of itself is reason to stay. The best in Prague!

Rooms where lovely and clean, breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Staff made you feel very welcome.. Close to old Town and city center

We were actually move to another hotel nearby owned by the same company so it's more a review of hotel Cosmopolitan, which I could only recommend. They have sauna which we used and breakfast was really great at a classy restaurant just next door to the hotel, one of the best hotel breakfasts in my life. Reception was also nice and has fixed all the issues that we had with the stay very professionally.

Being 5 star hotel, my expectation were very high, however hotel was ok. only good thing was the location, which was very convenient

Nice location, close to the old town and new town

The breakfast was amazing and was more than enough to set you up for the day...the length of the breakfast period was good too. The staff at reception and most of the waiting staff were excellent as well, especially a young man by the name of Daniel who is a complete star in the making. The hotel itself was peaceful, central, extremely clean and with some nice Art Nouveau touches like the lamps outside and the dining room.

The hotel appears very compact and is situated in an excellent location within easy walking distance of old and new town. It's a five star hotel and the decor and cleanliness reflect this however I would not rate the service or restaurant as five star.

The location of the hotel was quite good and it was right in the city centre. The size of the room and the breakfast was nice as well. However, there were a few problems with service. I asked the front desk for a pair of slippers, waited for a few hours and they never came. The cups weren't washed after the daily clean up. Overall, this isn't really the type of service I would expect from a 5 star hotel. The strength and temperature of the shower could also be improved and the placement of showerhead was unstable. The glass separating the shower and the rest of the bathroom was insufficient in blocking out the water and water was leaking everywhere after a shower.
