The hotel was very convenient for my business trip

The hotel room was nice and very clean. Unlike other hotels with free pet stay, their rooms were really clean and well maintained.

The precautions for Covid were better then any hotel that I stayed at on my trip, and I appreciated that! The door to our room was ajar when we arrived. I called to let them know and was told that housekeeping must have forgot to close it. I asked if the room was finished being cleaned, they said yes. The bathroom had used cotton swabs on the floor and the tub had pink mildew around the drain. I brought my own Clorox wipes so I just cleaned the room myself. The comforter on one bed was ripped a little too, not a huge deal. Overall, a pretty decent room for the price and close to the airport.

Enroute home and to visit a friend.

We stay at La Quintas everywhere we go and we were not impressed with this hotel and we were shocked since it was located in Scottsdale. There is Prostitution Happening al hours of the night. Made all of us feel very uncomfortable and we couldn’t sleep. There are cigarette butts all over the ground at every entrance. The trash cans by the entrance doors smelled horrible and were never changed out, and if they were, it wasn’t enough. The hallways were filthy and the carpet was dirty. Our bathroom tub and sink didn’t drain. We were shorten pool hours due to covid but were never told this up front when booking. The spa was filthy and we couldn’t even enjoy the few hours we did have to swim. We didn’t receive a continental breakfast and we still paid full price for our room. The TV didn’t work. The refrigerator froze all of our drinks solid and our steak was ruined. There was also a lot of screaming and it turns out there were cops everywhere due to a domestic fight. We won’t be coming back.

The bed was hard as a rock. Woke up with my back hurting for the next 3 days. Pool and gym not open

I've stayed here one night a week for a couple of weeks, I tried other hotels but this is the best at a reasonable price. Of course the amenities are limited so no free breakfast but at least they let you know when you check in.

Nice clean room beds a little uncomfortable and bathroom door left a lot to be desired but would stay again

This hotel had an amazing price and it was so clean staff or friendly the neighborhood was so quiet everything about my stay was perfect I'll be back in a few weeks and I'm going to stay here again thank you so much for the hotel staff
